I'd give zero if I could. I was on vacation and sent my daughter and her cousins to get nails done. My daughter had a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure and they charged me $140. All of the girls were charged over $100. I truly believe that they took advantage of them. No way this cost that much! And they spoke in their language and were rude!!! I don't pay that much in NJ.

This is the first time I've left the nail salon actually happy with my nails. The lady that did my nails was very sweet and she knew what she was doing. I got the dip powder and an almond shape and that's exactly what she did. My nails are super smooth and the same length. I'd rate the shop 10 out of 10 usually because of how rough the nail artist is. My nails are very sore the next day but my nails feel good as new. Overall I paid $50 for my set and I will be coming back again

This has been my favorite nail place for years! They have added new thing that are amazing! I had my first lash extension and brow tint appointment Monday Vi knocked it out of the park! It was so relaxing! My lashes and brows look amazing! Best nail salon in Rocky mount! Give them a try you will love it!
Specialties: The deluxe pedi is wonderful the lash extensions are great nails always look spectacular!
Cleanliness: Always clean and tidy
Stylist: Vi can do wonderful works of art on your nails! Everyone is so nice!

I have never experienced service this amazing at a nail salon ever. They had my nails done within 35 minutes, I got exactly what I asked for. My nails are gorgeous and I’m very satisfied. The pricing is outstanding. I paid 45 dollars for the best set of nails I’ve ever had. I will come here from now on.

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and was greeted and seated immediately. They took their time, but they were very messy and didn't clean up my nails. The nails where also very uneven.
***Update: it's been over a month, i have taken all the nails off, my real nails have broke, and now I have very these lines where they filed too deep. I WILL NOT be going back.

Something has changed. Not as clean and orderly. Staff spoke to each other across room entire time not acknowledging customer. Loud video music on tv. Not offered how to use massage chair. Pedicure was just ok at best. Male technician rough and I was forgotten in chair after nails dried. Cluttered chaos. Won’t be back.Service: Pedicure

i am so upset with my experience with this nail salon. i usually get a longer nail style. and i’m always told that they will break easier. and i am very careful with my nails and when i get long nails they usually last around 2-3 weeks. this wasn’t my first time going to this salon, i was going to give it a second chance after all my nails fell off within 2 weeks last time i went. this time was so much worse. i got gel acrylic nails. the way that they were prepped was horrible. there was nail glue all over my cuticles and glue all around my fingertips. the gel is supposed to last longer but chipped off faster than normal polish would. i asked for a french tip and the lines were uneven and the work was sloppy. i hate leaving bad reviews because i know everyone has things going on that may not allow them to preform their best. but i haven’t even had them done for A WEEK, and they have all fallen off already. not to mention that it took over 3 hours to finish them. my nails have been so much longer before and have still lasted me for a couple weeks. this is just so disappointing and won’t EVER be going back and don’t recommend that anyone else goes here. the lady who did my nails was nice but the guy doing my friends nails was just completely rude and stuck up. please be careful going here. i wasted $65 on nails that didn’t even last a couple of days.

Had full set acrylics put on. Two fell off within 5 days. Then another 2 fell off 2 days later. I didn't even get one week with a full set. Waste of money!! Would not recommend.

I've went to this nail salon twice so far and have not been disappointed! The nail techs are super nice and are really good at executing what you want! Brought a friend and she loved her nails too! Sparkle for the new year
