We had a contract to buy a house they ended up selling it to someone else or more money even though we had a contract with they just care about their pocketbook. Both closings were to take place on the 23rd which was agreed upon. Also I feel we should have got our money back on the house inspection, the inspector said that you try to get it from him without getting permission from us

Will no longer be looking to purchase a house through this company. They allowed the seller to breach a contract, but not only that didn’t notify us until days after and blamed my family for the breached contract. Very unprofessional company

Billy Kingery and his team were instrumental in our buying and building process. We moved to Virginia from Kentucky and really depended on Billy, Julie, and Steve to facilitate many things on our behalf. They were so helpful in the building process since we could not be on site for many decisions. We now consider them friends and family!

Buying a house is stressful. Of all the people I have worked with in both my previous and current home purchases, no team has ever taken as much weight off my shoulders as Mountain To Lake Realty. Steve Furrow and Julie Kingery were both amazing, and even the office receptionist took the initiative to get us a copy of some important paperwork that had just been completed. Buying a house is stressful, but Mountain To Lake Realty shows that it doesn't have to be.

Steve and Julie were both super helpful and flexible with our search for a house while we were still living in another state. Steve was with us at every step from offer to closing, and even did some virtual tours with us when we couldn't be in the area.
