The experience was ok. I hesitate to give full promotion because I was bothered while rearranging and preparing my goods &vehicle for a long cross country move. I rent the unit and feel interference is unnecessary. I am fully moved and it all went smoothly.

This is a good way for someone on a budget to get some storage at a reasonable price.At the price of a small unit here I was charged $30 and $40 more...THANKFULLY THIS IS A TRUE BUSINESS AND I AM HONESTLY TELLING YOU ABOUT IT. CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITION HANDS DOWN. ALWAYS NICE TO TALK WITH AND I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR A FRIEND AND THEY WERE JUST FULL UP. I AM HAPPY TO SAY THANK YOU MCGUIRES 40 WEST FOR THE BEST PRICE ANYWHERE.Today it's a fact that businesses are trying to make big bucks off working men and women and older citizens who are on fixed income.Rental apartments and homes have raised their rates $100, $200 and more in one day. One bedroom apartment is over $1200 a month for apartments that were just $800 a year ago.Pure greed for a place that costs minimally more to care for. The profits were great before and now it's a slap in the face of America.BUT HERE YOU ARE NOT INSULTED BY THE WAY YOU CAN STORE YOUR BELONGINGS AND STILL HAVE A GOOD FEELING ABOUT YOUR DECISION.FANTASTIC PLACE AND DON'T BE FOOLED BY OTHERS SUPPOSED HIGH SECURITY OR EVEN A FLASHY DISPLAY OF UNITS THAT YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR EVERY MONTH.

Was nice until lights kept going out while we were organizing, packing, unpacking. Need to keep going to the buliding entrance to activate motion sensor.

Terrible place to trust your belongings.yesterday was Halloween and the last day of the month and nobody was there to give the key too. We go take the key back the next day and there trying to make us pay another month! Won’t give our deposit back. They are the worst!!!!! And let me add it was swept we even swept around the river in it.

Have had a storage building here for 9 years now.. Ed works with me very well.. no troubles here at all!! You need furniture, electronics, u-haul or storage.. This is the place to go..

My storage unit was well made and did not leak any around the door or anything like that. My stuff stayed dry and had no mold or mildew after almost 2 years of storage. It was in a good location and I always felt safe going there by myself because I am female. I always received good customer service.

This storage facility is new and conveniently located off the main highway. Pricing is more than fair and they offer a large range of sizes. They offer climate controlled units and most, if not all, have outlets for convenience. I can pull my car or truck right up to the door of my unit which makes it easy to load and unload. Payments can be made in-store or online at U-Haul's website. The gentleman that runs the storage also runs a furniture company and is very nice. He makes sure to communicate with you if you happen to be late on a payment and is very understanding. As far as storage units go, I doubt you could find a better option unless it is about location.

Good visit. Guy sent me right to the drain tile. Stopped by for pricing on the way to Lowe's, for you guessed it, drain tile! Very polite and prices were very reasonable. Sorry for the mix up.
