Kroger pharmacy is a poor excuse of a pharmacy period. They don't even deserve one star!!! I have been waiting on my prescription for 4 weeks, and they have lied to me, they have disrespected me, and they do take care of their customers needs like a mom/pop pharmacy ever would. I am not supposed to stop taking my sleep meds abruptly and this and caused me unneeded stress in my life. I have been a customer for 20 years and this is how they treat me? Not to mention they've been pushing the toxic covid vaccine nonstop!

WE MISS KROGER IN NC! We were meeting a friend in Greensboro for lunch and decided to drive the 90 minutes up to this location to get our Kroger fix. I don't know why we decided to patronize them since the reason they closed all the NC locations was to break the employee's union and many lost their pensions that they were so close to getting. Oh, well, crazy us!The store is typical Kroger all the way. We actually came here for one of their types of toilet tissue specifically that we found at one of their knock off stores that they have in the Midwest called Ruler Foods by Kroger. They're no frills like Aldi where merchandise is just left in their shipping boxes and placed on shelves. It's stuff that either the label has been updated (as we found to be the case with the ones at this Kroger in Rocky Mount) or maybe overstock items. Anyway, we stocked up on the TP that's better than what we'd been getting at Aldi.We did get a number of other items and grumbled all the way thru the place about how the shoppers and employees in NC got cheated by the company in one way or another. Beware people of VA, you may be next on the chopping block!

We have bought our prescriptions from Kroger for years at a few different Krogers pharmacy most recently is the Rocky Mount store. really didn't know how poor the customer service was until I had to fill one at the Rocky Mount Walmart. those people have fantastic customer service. speak well, appear to want to help and save you money. Liked them so much I switched over Walmart. I felt the Kroger employees did not really care to really assist just get you through the line. In todays world customer service and appreciation means a lot and Kroger Rocky Mount definitley lacks that. I am sure many can relate

Pharmacy not willing to help. Needed a script changed, according to them. They did not call the doctor. For two days. We needed medication for issue immediately. Turns out. We did not need a script change..it could have been handled in store. Our loved one, could have received the much needed prescription two days earlier. This has been very stressful.

People at this pharmacy are rude and unprofessional. Always eating food at the counter, never had masks on during pandemic, wouldn’t open a second register when there was a long line… just horrible.

The Rocky Mount VA store reminds me of a convenience store with all the nasty homemade signs. I personally wouldn't have makeshift signs on the exterior of a multi billion dollar company store.

This Kroger is a bit of a schlepp from my family house. We had errands nearby and stopped in. The produce is nice. The baking section is varied. There are great ice cream and dessert items. The employees are nice.

There is a reason people get sick and spread sickness. When you confirm with people their meds are ready and they wait in a ridiculous long line to only find out they haven’t even started filling their script and have no clue how much it is going to cost. I guess Kroger is ok with people standing sick in a line coughing over and over again. Do not confirm with someone that their meds are finished unless they are. I would give 0 stars if I could this place is a joke and a Covid spreading grounds
