This store was clean, very well stocked and organized. I needed help finding a certain item and I was helped quickly. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and so nice.

Walked up and asked the blonde employee with glasses if they had what we were looking for and he made a snobby remark at us. I've had family shop here a few times, but after that experience I don't think we'll be back. Maybe switch jobs that aren't customer service oriented if you're just gonna be a snob to people who ask a simple question.

Clean, well organized store. The staff has been openly helpful every time I've been in. I can't get everything there but I'm glad there is a store closer to home for when I do. Major purchases of a log splitter and shop vac have held up well.

Think twice before buying anything from China Harbor freight. They don't back there product if anything happens to it that's your problem. The manager is a joke. Wake up Harbor freight your product is junk. Build in America buy America.
