I have purchased three used vehicles in the last three years from Duncan, all of which were top notch and what I needed. The first in 2021 and the most recent this August 2024. On these two occasions, Bodie was the sales representative. Sometimes, one feels they have to work with a person to get the best from a transaction. Not so with Bodie. He did all the work with patience, calmness, understanding my needs, and at all times accommodating and totally professional. I recommend to any potential buyer or looking for a trade, to seek him out. Great working through the process with him.

Will never purchase from there again. Service dept is terrible. Backup light on my ram was out so failed inspection. I purchased new one online and installed. Guess what. Still out. Took it to Duncan all they did was check wiring and say wiring is good 75 bucks. I ordered another light online installed same thing still out. Went back. He kept wanting me to leave vehicle because computer system was down at dealer and state if I would leave it they would figure out what was wrong. I said I was here last month and willing to stay until u found out what was wrong. All you did was check wiring. I’m done. Do not buy vehicle here please

If you're heading to Duncan Rocky Mount ask for Jake Eames! We had the pleasure of working with him today. We started looking around and he helped us make sense of everything or the best they had to offer to our wants. We found one we wanted and we had to step away but he stayed in touch with one we had our eye on. Luckily we were able to make it back and get it! So kind and helpful to talk to, in the waits with all the paperwork and verifications. Thank you Jake and Duncan!

Best place to get your car inspected. I have a start stop light indicator on my dash and my car still passed inspection. The employees here really know their stuff. They are very Helpful. They really try to help figure out what's wrong with your car. I really appreciate the honesty. FYI The service department is extremely busy. Make sure you make an appointment call Or go in. I don't recommend online appointments.

Never ever in my life I will come to this dealership or recommend this dealership. I heard a lot of bad things which was true. I should’ve never came down there but I wanted to give it a try. Service department sucks. I spoke with the manager the manager is no help they work on their own vehicles and put other people behind so they can take care of their stuff first no worry’s about other people vehicle. Why would you want to go somewhere if they don’t give you any kind of good customer service. Definitely take your car for service in martinsville or Roanoke they can get you in and out in a week!!

Tina and the service department are awesome!!I missed my appointment and then forgot about it because of a death in the family. And she still squeezed me in so they could fix my car because I didn't have any heat Which I could have lived without but then had problems with the oil cooler!! So they are fixing both for me at the same time!!I will recommend them to everyone!!
