Our experience with staff was fine but the Forester was a piece of junk. It was a patched job was 6000.00 but has costed 8000.00 by now but more to go. Really disappointed with this car. We were trying to get a good car for our son and ended with this junk car

UPDATE: I am at the 2.5 month mark of ownership. I question how this vehicle passed VA inspection. I also question how the body shop it was taken to is Tesla certified. This car has been to the mechanic 4 times now and will need more trips. $7000 in repairs so far.The inner tire wear of front tires were showing the cords when I went to get them replaced at 600 miles of me driving the vehicle (common for this vehicle but how it passed inspection I don't understand). Also the suspension components on the front lower control arms all have torn bushings and ball joints of upper control arms and sway bar links have torn rubber (again, common for the car...questionable on who is inspecting them). These things should have been replaced by the dealer. These things were found at the 600 mile mark when I took it to a shop. The paint doesn't match and the orange peel on the re-painted surface is terrible. Not to mention the badges were not removed before painting so when I removed the badges...there were pools of clear coat that had to be sanded down that ended up revealing the original paint underneath (which is a lighter shade)...which means the car was not prepared properly before painting. so the work was shotty and cheaply done. I knew it was in an accident (they told me so they did not hide it) but the work was not done well.Other things were not the fault of the dealer. The charge port went out unexpectedly and the main MCU screen started to delaminate. Expensive fixes...that is a Tesla problem, not the dealer problem.Overall, I just don't understand how this car passed inspection with the issues that would have been seen on inspection and now I am paying that price.I bought a Tesla from these guys and so far I love the car.The vehicle has a rebuilt title, which they were upfront about when asked about the history of the car. They provided paperwork from the body shop that worked on it (which was a Tesla certified/authorized body shop that used OEM parts only located in Charlotte NC) and provided the paperwork that the HV battery was removed BY TESLA and inspected by Tesla in Charlotte NC. They went the distance to make sure it was inspected by the right people. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed on the car such as the rear window motor and one of the door handles when I went to go look at it. The dealer showed me before I did the test drive that these things were scheduled to be fixed by an authorized Tesla mobile service technician and that the dealer was paying for it to get fixed. These guys are honest people with great customer service. The car is great and everything functions as of now and I’m hoping this car stays with me for years to come!Often times when people buy used cars they expect it to be perfect but don’t take into account that it is a used car…thankfully these guys do their best within reason to help get these cars to perfection within the car’s value. They even gave me the contact info for their preferred mobile service Tesla mechanic and stayed open after hours so that I could pickup the car and make sure that the transfer of ownership in the Tesla app went through. They told me when I left that if I needed anything or anymore information or connections with getting the Tesla serviced properly…to not hesitate to reach out to them.I appreciate how they treated me as a customer that was interested in a car and they wanted to get the job done rightThanks guys!!

It's been roughly a month since we purchased our Kia Sorrento. The TL/DR of it as that I would recommend Brosland, but I do caution that you ask questions, you really test drive the vehicle, and do your homework. When I arrived, we laid out what our price range was, that we would be looking to use the vehicle we arrived in as a trade-in, and our needs. We were shown a few vehicles, including a few we had our eye on from their website. The owner was upfront that most of what they sell are rebuilt titles and will answer questions as to what part of the car was damaged prior. They get most of their inventory from auctions and then send their cars to be repaired prior to putting them on the lot.As far as the location, it's not great. There's nowhere to really sit down. You get what you get from these type of places so it's not too surprising. I will also mention that at least two, possibly all the vehicles we test-drove had to be jumped which isn't great for confidence. We probably upset the owner by taking so long on our test drives as we test drove three vehicles and didn't just make a loop and returned. We wanted to really test them out. That helped us notice that one vehicle's balance was out-of-whack while the other had a loose part of the front of the car, which was making a racket. At first, he blamed my driving for the noise, but then as he sped up, the same noise returned. He said he would fix it if we bought it, which, okay? The car we settled on clearly was having an AC problem, which the owner said he would knock off $200 for. That was essentially the end of any negotiations. They have their prices and they want to stick to them.He was also up-front about how I could probably make more if I wanted to get my trade-in home and sell it privately, but we really wanted to save some money that day rather than hope to make more later. But I appreciated him even mentioning it.Overall, the experience was fairly good. It's a no-frills place that's up-front about who they are. Since getting the Kia, I haven't had any problems crop up beyond the AC so no complaints there, and I enjoy the ride. When you deal with used car places that get most of their inventory from auctions, you kind of roll the dice so make the most effort you can to get as much information as possible. Really test-drive the vehicle and I'd recommend verifying everything via Carfax. This sounds like I'm not recommending Brosland, but that's not the case. Just know that you, the buyer, need to take the responsibility to get as much info as possible before committing.EDIT: Just to add to this. We had the Sorento for about a year before it unfortunately met its end via a deer on Highway 29. In that time, we actually never got around to fixing the AC. It was a very good car for us.

"I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The price was very competitive, and the value I received for my money was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the salesperson was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided me with all the information I needed about the car, including its rebuilt title, which made me feel confident in my choice. The test drive was fantastic; the car performed flawlessly, and I could feel the quality of both the engine and transmission. They also took the time to show me various places on the vehicle that had been refurbished, giving me peace of mind about the rebuild.Overall, the entire process was smooth and efficient. I'm thrilled with my new car, and I have to give this dealership a well-deserved 5-star rating for their exceptional service, competitive pricing, and the quality of their vehicles. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car!"

Lied about the car they are selling having a rebuilt title. Don’t trust their info, pull your own carfax.

I test drove a vehicle. The individual working was very helpful and courteous. Later I found out the vehicle I was looking at had a "Rebuild" title. I am not interested in buying a car without a clean title, so I changed my review to four stars.

I purchased a vehicle from this place. Although Rahim was pleasant to work with he neglected to inform me that this vehicle had a 'Rebuilt Title'. I am very wary of my purchase now. I admit that I should have payed closer attention to the paperwork, but it was definitely something that should have been disclosed at the time. I am not having any issues with my vehicle to date and I still like it, but had i known the vehicle was Rebuilt; I would probably not have purchased. Please pay close attention to the paperwork and if able do your homework and run the VIN number through Carfax or something similar.First of all whoever you are were not present when i purchased the vehicle so you don't know what was said. Stars are based on a lot of things not just mechanical issues. I will change only because i have enjoyed the vehicle thus far and Rahim was pleasant despite not mentioning the issue with the title. I have noticed that there were some parts that were extremely loose that i had to have repaired. I will be sure to notify you of any issues. I am happy to see that you care about your reputation and customers and that really makes me confident that i may have bought a great vehicle.

Car is completely rusted underneath, I let them know and said it wasn't their fault because they didn't inspect it. The car has been pronounced by 2 mechanics as totalled and not drive able. I am on disability and haven't even got to drive the car a few times. I am still paying payments on the loan..They knew this!! I know it's business but still I thought you were ethical people not scammers.
