Tried calling for days now the machine is the only one who picks up the phone . Says they are helping others or it’s after business hours . When I get to truist I’m closing my account . Y’all suck

This place is clean and well run. I came here with family to get some things done. The systems were down, so we couldn't do everything we needed. The staff were exceptional. It is a huge place and has a beautiful interior. Great place to sit for a bit while your family or whoever you're with gets serviced.

Very good with help in closing my mothers accounts after her death. Brenda Hunt at your Rocky Mount office is likely your best employee. She knows what you need.
