Guy came to test our battery on behalf of AAA could not have been more rude, but that part doesn’t really matter.
What’s baffling? Tested a dead battery, said “it just needs to be charged”
I said, “that’s crazy, we had it tested at advance auto parts yesterday twice because I’ve been trying to charge it and it’s not holding a charge, can you test it again?”
He did - said “It won’t change anything” then it failed. He looked stunned, said “first test is what matters” tried to say it was the alternator? then literally left.
One of the weirder things to happen to me in a while.

I received a tow through AAA with this company. The person that handled the actual tow was kind & pleasant but the representative that handled the tow’s additional payment was extremely rude! He called 1/2 way through the tow to tell me of the additional cost & threatened to leave the car wherever they were in route if I didn’t pull over from driving & pay him the additional money over the phone! There was no call before the tow or any mention of additional funds at the time of the tow pick up. He even hung up in my face after I paid the additional money. I would not recommend this company due to their inappropriate and rude office staff! I have also talked to AAA about, removing such service providers that are going to be inpolite and rude to their customers!

They have a dog in store and that is enough to guarantee 5 stars for me :)
Went in a got a state inspection for $20
They replace my windshield wipers and my total was $50
Friendly staff and friendly doggo:))

Made a call to AAA and had the misfortune of having this company dispatched. Call was made 0730. 1330 came and went and I was still on the side of the highway. I was told several times someone would call me if anything changed. No call. Was told they would call me back after I called several times to see where the truck was for this dross individual named Rose answered on my last attempt to call. Chick hug up after claiming I was "yelling". If I were it would be with merit being I was out on the side of the road since 0730 this morning. I canceled my AAA immediately after.

I had a AAA PLUS service call for a disabled vehicle at 7:30pm on a Sunday night . This tow truck service left us stranded in the city of Richmond for over SIX hours with no communication. Never showed, never called. NOTHING!!!. Had to contact another towing service at 2:30am . Major fail in roadside assistance service and customer service. Do not use this company if at all possible and you can avoid them. If I could give them zero stars I would ??

4 hour wait for someone to arrive. Nope. I ended up leaving my car overnight, taking an Uber to a hotel, and asking my dad to take a 2 hour drive to take a look at the car. Extremely unhappy with the “Peace of Mind Roadside Assistance” through AAA and actually offended that single mom like me and her 15 year old girl were left to rot on a cold night.

My husband and I were so pleased with the way Raymond Anderson of the Collision Center fixed our car. The car was in a bad hit and run accident and was smashed in so badly on one side.He is the best plastic surgeon for cars that I have ever seen. He is honest and honorable and truly exhibits customer service. He cares about his customers and his finished product.
