I just used GSU for the first tme. They did a terrific job fixing parts of the yard where there had been old rotting treee stumps, cleaning up and re-edging beds, installing new plants, and adding mulch. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to use them again!

In these last months I have started with my contract with GSU. The "onboarding" process was amazing. The communication process is excellent and I can see and know that they are available and responsive. They are competent and thorough and I feel confident that I will finally have a yard that looks healthy and cared for. I have used big companies in the past, been disappointed in their work and their responsiveness and it is clear to me that GSU is very, very different in all regards. Highly recommend.

The latest part of their annual service (edging and mulching of beds) was done this week. As usual, they did an excellent job. Team members are always careful about the work and courteous. We highly recommend them.

Mike was quick to respond by phone for a quote on leaf removal. He explained the cost structure; everything was transparent. We were added to the schedule; they came when they said they would. After removing the leaf piles, they even did a quick yard cleanup! Great service, attitude and communication!

We just started working with Green Side up landscaping. I love their website for information and the booking process. They have great communication and are proactive in getting you all the big information ahead of time. Each in person meeting has been conducted professionally and on time, which is so appreciated. The quality of work they have done with the retaining wall, mulching and sprinkler work has been impressive. We will continue to use Greenside up for more yard projects.
