My company truck broke down. I was took my truck to thier shop, and they tried everything to get me up and running again. The problem couldn't be solved. It's a Holiday weekend, and I couldn't get an Uber, or a Cab. Tony, gave me a ride to the hotel in his personal vehicle. Cam, and Zach, treated me like a brother. And being on the road and stranded, that means a lot. My company got me a Rental.. and Kim Wood, sent someone to the shop so I could pick up my empty trailer. These People are Awesome, and treat Everyone with class,dignity and respect.

One of the few truck service centers that has been honest, timely and effective on repairs. They tow it in, fix it with little or no wait time and call you to let you know when it's done. Very surprising how uncommon this is for truck service. Since down time on my trucks usually costs more than the repairs these are my most important qualities. The price being at or below average is a bonus

The best help I ever got on the road. I broke down in Ronoke VA I-81. Towing arrived at 3am. I was gonna go to freightliner and lose the whole weekend there probably more but the towing guy Kevin told me he could bring me to this place and replace my turbo same day. And that what happened. Good people got me back on the road. They didn’t charge much for the towing also even the state trooper called them. I feel fortunate ending up over here. Thanks to Eric and the good mechanics in the shop.

My rig decided to try and eat itself, coming over I-81, and took out the oil system for good measure. KY (and later another tech as well, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall) from Woods Service responded, did his utmost to work on the truck to get it ready for towing - ultimately it turned out that a manufacturer issue made things more difficult than necessary.Not only did he help arrange things for my trailer to be picked up, but he took time out of his trip back to his house to make sure my teammate and I got to a motel.Outstanding service, genuinely good folks who will go, literally, the extra mile to help you out. I cannot recommend them enough.
