Tra’Quan Robertson was phenomenal. My wife and I came in shortly after they opened - we were assisted immediately and competently by Mr.Robertson. Normally we bank in Christiansburg, but any chance we get we’re coming here instead!

Had cd due and came in to renew. All new people operating bank .They said I would have to come back another day ,no one knew how to renew it or go to Salem bank. Don't want to take a whole day for this. Very upset.

The bank manager, Victoria, was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I needed to close my account, and she walked me through everything with the utmost respect. The service at this branch, for me, has always been awesome. These guys rock!!

The Salem, VA branch and the market manager are soulless. No one will help me or return my calls. They made my funds available this morning, started off on my trip to my vet buddies funeral to say good bye to him and they put a hold on my card halfway there when I tried to get gas. The Marketing manager was informed and she told the branch manager “to leave the hold in place”May miss my buddies funereal over this. No one is helping at all from ANY location. No managers, no one. This bank doesn’t care about Veterans let alone their own customers.Bill has done all he could for me. He did an awesome job trying to help me, just was out of his hands.

At first I liked this bank sadly my account was closed due to going through hard time . When it was time for this round of stimulus checks they assured me that accounts was temporary open for the checks to go through. How ever when irs posted mine was supose to deposit January 4th I contacted them today to make sure and they are refusing my check to me and when i contact corporate to report this i get hung up on. People please beware of this bank they will steal your money.
