I've been with this bank since 2016 and they are the nicest, sweetest individuals. The other woodforest locations are 50/50 but this bank remembers my face and and are so easy to work with.

I have been with this bank and this particular location for about 4 years. They’ve always been friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to meet the customer’s needs. Precious and Josh are the best!

People put my money in someone else account... then I had to go back the next to get it fixed... they added the money to my account and turned around after I left and took it back out... had to call valley view just to get my money back into my account... this bank is not good go to valley view woodforest or move banks.

I am completely fed up with this location. Everytime I turn around hours are changing. I desperately needed to make a deposit today. Last I heard they close at 4 on Saturday. Google even says they close at 4 today. But once I got there at 2 they were closed.

Used to be a great branch. I don't know what going on here but it's always new people and everytime they get a good manager they seem to get let go or fired.
