They made me wait for almost 2 hours after telling be it would be around 15 minutes, no, it was not busy, they even let other walk ins go ahead of me. The icing on the cake was when they left for lunch after telling me they would be able to help me.

Extremely rude, slow and unprofessional. I simply wanted to deposit a check that was written by the insurance company to my business and my current tenant occupants. Their home (my investment property) caught on fire. We all endorsed the check on the back but they REFUSED to help my now, homeless tenants. I've been in business for over 6 years and been with Wells Fargo nearly 20 yrs. They literally, instead of helping the family, wanted them to go to their own banks and pay for a certified written endorsement as proof of endorsement. I have the purchase agreement, pics of the property, texts of them being homeless and asking me to deposit the money and disperse it correctly. Soo.. what would happen if God forbid they got hurt in the fire and were in the hospital? Will Wells Fargo tell them tough luck bc they need an endorsed certified signature?? I am ecstatic to have more than 5 banks that aren't petty, cruel, heartless and greedy like Wells. Trust the reviews people, they aren't worth it. I additionally felt bc I'm a minority business owner, they had a tough time dealing with the idea of my entrepreneurship. It felt like they thought I was doing something illegal and trying to deposit a fraudulent check. I hate the lack of professionalism and discrimination at Wells Fargo. I have a long history with them and this is how I'm treated for trying to help my tenants??? Please find another branch manager, this would not have been an issue in ATL, FL or Jersey.

This is the worst bank I ever did business with. Warning, if your debit card is stolen and someone makes a charge on it, the bank WILL NOT stand by your claim no matter what evidence you have and charge you!!

Always fully staffed, but they take their precious time. No sense of urgency. You can still have good customer service and move at a timely manner. I feel like I’m at the DMV.

Extremely rude. All the women that work at drive thru are rude when they have to actually do their job, so is the bank manager. The only nice and helpful person that works there is Jigar!

Came in today because I had a question and the “branch manager” was being extremely unprofessional towards a customer who, don't get me wrong, definitely seemed out of it. But this was extremely unreasonable and unnecessary. To be fair I didn’t see the entire interaction but she was being extremely short and hostile towards him which escalated the situation even further. Repeatedly being called “dude” the man asked to be addressed as sir and instead of either brushing it off or being professional, she raised her voice claiming she was going to call the police on him for “being sexist” and demanding he leave and never come back. Looking over the reviews it seems pretty common for this branch to have terrible customer service. Its a shame.

No customer service here …they are arrogant with an attitude however some of the tellers they are very sweet but the management is horrible can’t get any kind of assistance whatsoever. I’ve called about the same matter for weeks now to keep just getting put off and told that I’m being routed to the escalation team via email and that I should hear something from that department because supposedly they can’t help… B S….because they don’t wanna work. Do not recommend the Tanglewood branch Roanoke Virginia

I don't work with Wells Fargo for my personal finances, but I have been working with them the last few days for one of my Spanish speaking employees.... Let me just say everyone I spoke with has been so helpful & friendly! Beth at the Tanglewood branch has been such a help. Seriously I can't say enough about them. Working with you definitely made this experience so much easier!

We came to the Wells Fargo branch on Electric Road today to move some money around. They took our information down and asked us to have a seat. Well I am sitting here in the branch now going on for 2 hours and still no one has helped us. We was told by the branch manager that we will be with you soon. Way that I see it if we are sitting here this long why can’t the branch manager help use as she can do everything in the bank.

Beth is wonderful. She is personable and has assisted me several times on transactions that were causing some difficulty. She was thorough and even followed up with me to catch a mistake made by the bank. She arranged for the issue to be corrected quickly . She has always been so kind and knowledgeable. All the tellers have been pleasant and friendly. They make you feel very welcomed. I have been very pleased with all my interactions at this branch.

This is the main brach for SW Roanoke and of course they cut staff during Covid but it is January 4th and they still only ever have 2 lanes up in the drive through. It takes on average 12 minutes to deposit a check at the drive through.

Are you guys still following Mr stumps business model? If so did you not learn anything as a company? Employee to customer ratio as Fallen significantly.. the business model as a company isn't working!
