The Wells Fargo Bank Branch on 460 Orange Ave. They have the most rudest manager ever! I went in to the branch to give them my business, she open the door barely and said what do you want, we are busy right now! With no one even in the lobby. And on the door it said wear mask, which I was wearing. And it was only 4:45pm, with the door locked. And the hours it said they close at 5pm. She was so so rude!! Never again!! I figure a bank would be nice to you and want your business, guess I was wrong about that! I give them zero stars!! Worse customer service I have ever experienced!! I will take my business elsewhere!

I came in to get a document notarized and solve some issues with my account. I was thankful to work with Crystal who was able to help with the document and resolve all of the problems in one go. She was very helpful and kind to my fiancee and I. I'm glad to live near this branch as a Wells Fargo customer, my experiences are always excellent and I'm thankful for their kind and resourceful staff.

Always had a good experience at the downtown branch, but Taylor made my first experience at this location terrible. She was rude, and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Please take your business elsewhere! This bank has no integrity. To open credit lines without the customers consent and then charge them for it? Even the employees I've talked to recommend switching banks!
