I have been searching for a new high end cue. I live in Johnson City, Tn and they are not readily available. I saw on Predator's Website that Warehouse Billiards was an authorized dealer. I reached out to them through Facebook Messenger and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had.Not only did they have the EXACT model I was wanting (all online sites including the manufacturer were sold out), but they also stayed late for me to make the drive from Johnson City to Roanoke.I got to try out the cue I wanted as well as several others. Daniel was very helpful and patient. Very informative without being pushy or badmouthing the competition. I purchased the exact cue I wanted, they even ordered me a longer shaft than the standard. Kristie, the Director of Operations, contacted me promptly once they received the shaft and made sure that I received it.I have been playing billiards for years. I have even had the pleasure of playing with some of the worlds greatest players, well I should say beaten by...lol. I am looking forward to the day they open up a Predator sponsored pool room in the next few months because I will go up once a month just to help support them.I know we use this tool as a method of shopping, but when you are spending a lot of money, it really helps to be able to "test drive" what you want to buy. These "Brick and Mortar" stores are critical to being able to enjoy a game that has brought me a lot of joy over the years. THEY WILL BE THE ONLY STORE I PURCHASE MY CUES. PERIOD. Don't hesitate. To visit this store. Pool is coming back and Warehouse Billiards is on the forefront with the Best Brand in the Business. Go See Daniel and tell them Travis from Johnson City said' "HEY!". HIGHEST RECOMENDATION!

I have been searching for a pool table both online and locally for the past several months, and was about to give up when I was referred by a good friend of mine to Warehouse Billiards. Let’s just say from the moment that Kristie answered the phone, I was blown away at how pleasant and helpful she was from beginning to end. And get this, I was on a tight schedule, and she was willing to meet with me after hours to finalize my order! She was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable with every decision in my new custom table and made sure I was well informed every step of the way. Talk about Customer Service! In addition, she was able to expedite my order for the following week so I could enjoy my new table with my parents in town. I am looking so forward to seeing and playing on one of their gorgeous pool tables in my home. Thank you so much Kristie and Warehouse Billiards!

I was actually declined service because I use bondo on my table... been setting up my own tables for 20 years and bondo is actually far superior to all other forms. The lady told me I was not a good fit for them as a result. Not sure why the company cannot follow the request and just felt the table but fairly disappointed with the instance that I follow their requirement to have felt installed... I am far better at setting up my table than most companies and am far more accurate at level and stability... I don't have seams split after a few months. I just wanted to but felt and have it installed.

Amazing! They had great customer service. I talked to Daniel and Kristie and they went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. We purchased a used table, that came looking better than promised. Installation was fast, professional, and tidy. We also purchased cues, balls, and had another table felted. I will absolutely call on them again for all billiards needs. Thank you!

Contacted Kristie/Warehouse Billiards after I was relocated for work and the contractor hired to assemble my pool table botched the job.Kristie quoted me to fix the table, including new felt, etc. Scheduled the job quickly and the technicians were efficient and exact, taking the time to explain to me what they were doing and why.When my wife went in to check the store out, talk to Kristie and look at felt choices, Kristie took the time to explain options, go over felt colors and discuss all of their processes, people, etc.I will definitely use them again going forward.

I recently purchased a used table from David and I am very pleased with the table and the whole customer experience. His crew did an excellent job setting up the table and they were on time for the appointment. I was also pleased with the supplies he provided with the table. Finding a local vendor to service my company's 3 billiard tables has been very difficult. I was very fortunate to have found this company. Working with David at Warehouse Billiards has been great. He's been very responsive, and he was able to get our tables back in playing shape in a short amount of time. They have a nice selection of felt colors, and great new and refurbished products at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Warehouse Billiards - you won't be disappointed!
