if i could leave a worse review i would. this store has the most disappointing employees there could be. dishonest, worthless, and down right useless. not a single one knew what they were doing. i had four different employees tell me that they cant do this or that. in the department they are working in. besides destiny and shanan everyone else just is useless

Ran out of big-dog food on Wednesday evening. Ordered after 6pm, delivered to the front door at 10:30 am on Thursday, and no delivery fee. Prompt service, very happy pup!

No cashiers!! I saw at least seven Walmart employees in the front of the store standing around doing whatever they were doing. When asked if there are any manned registers I was told to use self check out. I DO MOT WORK FOR WALMART, if I need to check myself out I want an employee discount.

The worst experience trying to get help in the bakery. I went through 5 employees and 45 mins later to get an area manager to give me some buttercream icing. Apparently at 3o clock there Isn't a store manager or bakery staff on the clock. 3 employees didn't know the bakery sold that item and 2 said they didnt sell it at all. The staff in customer service was to worried about their personal devices to help the line of customers waiting.

This is one of the worst places to shop in all of Roanoke. It is loud, unorganized, and sloppy. The employees can't be blamed entirely, because it seems the people who shop there are at least as bad. I don't know what it is about this location, but people are hateful, angry and rude from the time you pull into the parking lot. This is one of those places where people don't put their carts back...possibly because they don't want to get mugged. But, the employees are also rude. The last young man who checked me out gave no eye contact, and said nothing the entire time he rang my things; didn't ask if I wanted milk bagged, didn't help with bags, and put my receipt directly in the bag without asking about it. "I" said "thank you" when leaving...he said "nothing". The thievery is so bad that everyone is treated like a criminal walking out the door (and most probably are). We won't go here anymore.

Was there once again early Monday morning with my wife while we were out of town. The same employee as last time harassed my wife. Name tag said Donner. Once again, this individual with terrible hygiene began trailing my wife around mumbling under his breath that "he loved white women". Called Walmart the next day, said they didn't know who I was talking about, and my reviews here are silenced. This is serious. His name was donner, and he followed my wife around. Last time the same guy did this, my wife threatened him with legal action, his response was "I been here too long, they won't do anything". Guess he was right.

I get stopped to have my receipt checked on the way out of the store every single time I buy groceries. Today, the person told me it was because I had water that was unbagged. Okay, then how about the last time and the time before that and the time before that? I had nothing unbagged in my grocery cart any of those times. I'm also sure it wasn't because they hadn't checked anyone for awhile, since the person before me was also checked in a few of those instances. I'm really getting tired of this. I am a 64 year old women and I don't believe I look like a thief, and I am getting tired of being treated like one. There is a Kroger closer to my house. I'm going to start buying my groceries there. Paying a little more on some things will be worth not being treated like a thief.

I have been using the App called ShopKick for almost 5 years now. in the app you earn kicks when walking into various stores and also by scanning products once you enter the store, Today I had some items to purchase so I thought I would get in some ShopKick's while I was there as I have for almost 5 years. Today however a WalMart employee scolded me harshly and told me I was not allowed to scan items, I asked her nicely why as I have been ShopKicking here for almost 5 years along with my husband, my family and my co-workers and no one has ever come up to me before as I spend the WalMart gift card I earn ShopKicking at WalMart. She said I am getting a Manager and took off. I just stood there for what seemed like forever. The store manager then explained to me in depth how these apps he says sell the information to competitors and that is how they offer gift card's and that WalMart as a company does not allow ShopKick. He was very nice about it. Regardless, the employee that treated me as a criminal and that went to get said store Manager was very condescending and rude. basically I was treated like a criminal by her alone. therefore I will not darken the doors of this WalMart in particular and I am considering cancelling my WalMart credit card which is sad. It is sad that I shop here 3 to 4 times a week and know so many wonderful employees by name. It is a shame that I have spent so much money here and one employee is ruining my sense of community for me. It is sad that my ShopKick hobby which seemed so harmless has made me Public Enemy number 1.
