Horrible customer service. No one at checkout to serve customers. Two employees were hiding at the photo counter and when I went over to ask them to come I was told “we’ll be there shortly”. Chain pharmacies need to go away!

If you need a good passport photo with a digital copy, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this walgreens.
The day before yesterday we took our 3 year old son to take a passport photo. Nothing wrong until then. It's just that we didn't received the digital copy (which we needed for passport processes purpose), and actually it wasn't even offered for us. This afternoon my husband went back in the store and explained the situation, the man who helped asked for the pics, he discarded them and edited the file of this same picture (that was perfect, we just needed the digital copy) printed new photos, sending the digital copy to our email this time, with no more costs beyond the 17 dollars we had already paid when we took the photo.
I was waiting in the car and when my husband returned, I immediately asked him to go back there. There was a very noticeable spot of discoloration in the white background and a shadow in the left ear of my son. Everybody knows how are the specifications regarding passport photos, a pic like that would be 100% denied.
When my husband went back, the same man wasn't available so the cashier lady (very polite) helped him through it and edited the descoloration spot plus the shadow, during the process the man arrived and seemed very suspicious about my husband request, acting as if he wanted to take a bunch of copies with no costs, even though we ended up with 2 pics and never refused to give the older pics back. What we really wanted was just a good, clear photo with the digital copy that the company offers. I don't even know why he edited the original picture in first place, it was just fine. Later I called to ask about how much time would it take for the digital pics to arrive in the email, we were told that it would be from 24 to 48 hours, and when asked about if we could contact them again if we didn't received, they said there wasn't much they could do.
It was a very unpleasant experience. 17 dollars spent on a photo that ended up not being very nice and no digital copy until now.

I'm done with Walgreens on Plantation. Once again, I ask to pay for a prescription with more than one insurance, and I'm told it can't be done. I explain that it CAN be done and advise the young female pharmacy tech to speak with the pharmacist. I wait for 5 minutes, or so, and she comes back and says it can only be charged off to one insurance (with zero explanation as to why).
So, after I ask why, she says that it requires a different website, and she can't access it right now. No apologies, no customer service, no nothing. Just another Gen Z who doesn't care about customer service. I'm moving to Walmart. At least they're nice there.

Walgreens employees are always friendly and helpful. I have been using this same pharmacy for years.

Website and phone both say open till midnight and the people walking out at 10pm said they closed at 10pm then lied about there was an emergency

Had NOTHING of what I needed to help my daughters skin with stop being itchy. Didn't even have regular oatmeal to make a homemade oatmeal bath. No anti-itch cream for kids or anything
