The reviews aren't lying, this is the worst pharmacy in the area. Rude, slow, literally everything people are saying. This is the third time I've tried to pick up my script this week and the window was closed every time, once they just closed early and there was nobody inside either. Meanwhile the automated calls and texts are screaming at me multiple times a day to pick up my one script. I'M TRYING! If I were corporate I'd be embarrassed at this shockingly low level of service. Unacceptable.

Store is OK but the pharmacy is worst my eye drops called in on 8/16/23 went in on 19th to get them said be 4 hours before filled wow so left return today to get them was told they don't have th3m in so be Monday before can refill from there wearhouse I'll just have th3m sent to a different pharmacy not Walgreens the employees are very rude

Walgreens on Brambleton used to be top notch. Now they are awful. Reduced hours, don't take care of things they should. Slow to fill scripts that I used to be able to pull up, say I was waiting and they were ready 20 minutes later. Now you are told sorry, come back in an hour and a half. We went out of town to Miami and we had to get a script that needed a PA. They took care of it and we got it the next day. This Walgreens doesn't even bother helping.

I’ve always had positive and professional experiences with this pharmacy and the crew. They are obviously very busy with a drive through and all the other things they have to manage as this is Walgreens, after all.

I am sitting in Walgreens pharmacy wait area (Brambleton Ave, Roanoke,) for over an hour and a half, getting very frustrated. Waited for an hour for a Covid booster, even though I had a scheduled appointment time.They are moving so slow, and having computer issues, or give other excuses. Without thinking it would take forever, I also signed up to get free Covid home tests kits, and now waiting forever on that ,so far an additional 30 minutes! I asked if I could just come back, but I've been reassured that the kit will be ready in just a moment! I may never see the light of day again, so please somebody rescue me!After almost 2 hrs, I gave up and left! ?

The pharmacy staff. All of them, are so rude and disorganized. I would be TERRIFIED to get any vaccine here, they don't even give shots in the correct anatomical location. BE WARNED!

Try to avoid this pharmacy at all cost. Their pharmacists are incredibly rude and have no emotional intelligence. I never review anything but after their pharmacist hung up on me after pleading my case for why I needed my non- addictive medication, I wanted to make sure I voiced my opinion. The CVS down the street has caring pharmacists with no God complexes - do not give this Walgreens pharmacy your business.
