Great location! The units are clean and easy to access. The process to get started with your unit and move out couldn’t be easier. Most importantly Holly is one of the nicest people you will meet. If you need a storage unit this is the first and only place you should go. Thank you!

We used this company for 3 years. Local company, community oriented! Holly was awesome to work with , pleasant and always friendly. Never saw her with out a smile. We had at one point 5 climate controlled units. Everything was always clean and in working order.Excellent customer service! If you are looking for a storage company, check this great company out . Highly recommend!

Our experience with Virginia Varsity Storage has been exemplary. The staff (Holly) was just a pleasure to work with, so very helpful and always had a smile to share with anyone who came thru the door. I only hope they really how much she does to assist customers and what a valuable asset she is to this company. The facility is convenient and easy to access. It is clean, well designed and kept to insure the storage needs of their customers. I would highly recommend this storage company/facility to anyone in need of this type of service.

I used this storage company for 5 years. It is the cleanest and most well kept facility I have ever dealt with. The climate control was wonderful. The manager is very accommodating and great to work with. The location is perfect and very safe! Never had one issue in 5 years!!

We stored our daughter's car and dorm room contents every summer during the four years she was at school in Roanoke. Every year, the move-in and move-out process was very easy. The facility is clean, well-lit at night, with easy access to the storage units. We are sorry we won't be back next year!

Had to rent a total of 3 units for a few weeks in between moves recently. The staff was amazing how smooth they made the process. What a clean facility. Easy to pull in with big trucks and turn around spaces. Most definitely would recommend Virginia Varsity Storage. Didn't have to use their box truck, however, it was available for use for one day if I had of needed it. Pretty cool. Darin B.
