“A great vet....I absolutely loved the tech and Dr. Soffin's willingness to try to check out my found stray ( who is a very scared one ) but they did great. The way they all, ( front desk, to in room staff ) interact with you and your pet is 100% perfection. Thank you !”

“We saw Dr. Ortiz when we got a new dog. Dr. Ortiz seems friendly, caring and helpful. She also performed surgery on Jasper (neutered). It's a little bit of an odd place (former bank location) however, everyone at this place was helpful and nice. Shoutout to Maddie as well for working with us in scheduling. Thanks!”

“We absolutely LOVE Dr. O'Dell and the entire Brandon Animal Hospital team. They are punctual, professional and very thorough. They have checked in post-appointments via text message and that was so helpful and really gives us peace of mind.

My dog has some fear/anxiety around vet visits and being handled by strangers. It was a breath of fresh air watching Dr. O'Dell handle my dog using force free, fear free methods. If you have a sensitive/fearful dog like I do, I cannot recommend Dr. O'Dell enough! He is kind, thoughtful and obviously values animals emotional needs just as much as their physical needs. Thank you, Dr. O'Dell!”

“The staff and vet that I seen has been really helpful with the passing of my cat.
Words can never express my appreciation for relieving him of pain and for providing the help I needed with setting everything up with Oakeys.

The examination was thorough and the vet explained everything to me.
He turned my horrible experience with a local emergency hospital into a great one.
Communication between us was great and He made sure I stayed informed.
I will be forever grateful and will bring my other fur babies to this office.

RIP Bear and thank you Southern Hills”

“This has been our Vet for our dogs for many years, and when we had to put one of our dogs down they went above and beyond in comforting us in that tough time. They love our dogs just like they were one of their own and you just don't find that at some of the other Vets we used to go to.”

“I am SO grateful for them! My Dane was yelping in pain out of the blue yesterday and I was super worried about it. He kept whining when getting up from laying down and was shaking while sleeping, sitting and was not himself. I called 3 other vets within 5 miles of me and they all were the same "sorry, we don't have any openings for new dogs for another 2 weeks." UGH!!!!! But Brambleton Vet said "we can squeeze him in today!" THANK YOU! When we arrived the reception area was clear, clean and the vet tech was understanding when my Dane was super nervous. She walked us to a room and was totaled patient with my dog. I was so worried that he would be stressed out even more when the Doctor came, but Dr. Sisk was so patient and great at handling my nervous fur baby. I am happy to report that my dog is on the mend and they were so accommodating in every way. We moved to the area about a year ago and honestly, I had put my dog's vaccinations on pause because every time I had called a vet in the area, they were 2-3 weeks out at best. Once I had called for an emergency because my dogs tongue had split and this other vet (and 3 others) STILL said they couldn't get him in for another 3 weeks! If you are new to the area give them a try! Tell them Sole (so-lay) the Great Dane sent you!”

“I brought in four male mice, having always heard that they needed to be neutered to be caged together because otherwise male mice can fight. They were still fairly small, and the doctor advised the following:

- He didn't recommend operating on them because they were still small and had not displayed any signs of aggression.
- He suggested bringing them back if and when they did become aggressive.
- He suggested switching from seed mix to pellets because it would be a better nutritional balance.

The doctor was right on EVERY count. That was over a year ago, and the boys have never fought. They are the sweetest together, playing and sleeping and cuddling together all the time. They love running on their wheels at the same time, which is hilarious to watch on the video feeds. They get along perfectly.

The switch to pellets was also a huge success. They love the pellets and no more concerns about picky eating in seed mixes.

To Dr. Stewart and staff: please know that those four boy mice are still peacefully living together and having a blast in their enclosure. Thank you for the sound advice!”

“The folks were kind and caring and very helpful. I am very thankful for those who took care of our dog. Their willingness to help even though it turned out not to be as serious as we first thought. They put the pets first and we are so grateful.”

“My appointment was 4:30. I got there at 4:10, didn't take my dog back till 4:50. I don't like that you can't go back to the exam room with your pet. They were all very nice and the prices were very good. Parking is terrible, though. Especially bad spot to get animals in and out of your car because it's right on busy busy road. After the cat's have surgery , they are left in crates on shelf in lobby. Idk but I would think this would scare the cat's with all the noise and dogs. Hmm.”
