I came in to pick up my dry cleaning and only relieved half of my items back. I called about the inconvenience and was blown off and told to come back when they open tomorrow. An apology for their mistake would have been appropriate but the guy on the phone didn't even acknowledge. Check and make sure you have ALL of your items before leaving. Don't assume they did their job correctly.

Ever since the new owners took over, the quality has gone down hill! The place smells like POT! My so called cleaned garment smelled like POT TOO!! Terrible!

I recently tried out the services at this dry cleaners, and I must say it was a good experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive.They took the time to inspect each garment and listen to any specific concerns I had, ensuring that my clothes received the proper care they needed.I’d say I haven’t tried them for my heavy Indian clothes though.They offer various services, from dry cleaning to alterations.

THIS IS NOT A GREAT PLACE TO DRY CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES, ITS JUST CHEAP AND I NOW REALIZE WHAT PEOPLE MEAN ..YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR 2.95 IS CHEAP..I GET MY CLOTHES BACK ..THEY ARE FADED..THEY STILL LOOK DIRTY..I WILL PAY MORE FOR A REAL DRY CLEANING JOB BECAUSE I WOULD SAVE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN...

Received a call out of the blue advise the cleaner would reimburse me to cover the cost of replacing the lost pants....it would have been so easy for them to walk away from the whole issue but rather they did the right thing as it was the right thing to do in resolving the issue! I will definitely be going back!! A customer saved!!

I have been taking dry cleaning here for several years whenever I was in town. I even became friendly with the owners so of course, I never expected what happened to happen. I had asked my sister to pick up my dresses I had dropped off. When she picked up the dresses, she counted what was on the ticket and called me to say 4 dresses were missing. I talked to one of the owners (wife), she apologized and said she would reimburse me. It took me sone time to find receipts for each dress. I asked a local consignment owner to give me the value for resale and sent to the owner, with no response. What I sent was a third of what I paid for the dresses. I continue to reach out to the owner asking for a response and when I could pick up a check. I went by more than once asking for the owner. When I finally was able to speak with her in person, her response was, it had been too long, and that she could not reimburse me. I was not upset, and understand things happen, but I am extremely upset now, because she did not honor her word.I would not recommend this cleaner.

I have been coming to this business for years off and on. I took some clothes in today and asked about some missing shirts from the the previous week. The young lady behind the register told me she didn't have time to look into it and I would need to ask when I picked up the clothes I dropped off. She said she was extremely busy! I come here and spend my money 50 to 125 dollars each time, and she was too busy? This is not good customer service and I definitely felt put off by her. I pai a lot of money for dry cleaning and the shirts. They were only worn once by me! This lack of customer service is not ok! Disgruntled customer! 4/29/2023

Even though they had to increase their price. Their service is good. With high inflation, it is an understandable adjustment to survive.
