Very convenient location for my PO box. The employees are very helpful with any delivery issues.

We scheduled our mail delivery to stop and start while we were on vacation, thru the website. Thought everything was good, since we received a confirmation #. But No, our wishes to hold our mail was not honored.

The employees who work there when I went were very helpful and polite. USPS service may be difficult but the people are trying.
