Although my express 1-day delivery did not reach its intended destination by the guaranteed date, this office was so helpful because they rerouted the delivery driver to the destination of my package the following morning. How did they do that? They read THIS MESSAGE, THIS MORNING and helped get my urgent package delivered by 8:30. They are love notes for my girlfriend who is flying out this morning! I wanted her to be able to open them each day while she was away. I sent them all together on Wednesday via express 1-day guaranteed but they did not arrive yesterday ? Alas someone reads this and directs the delivery driver to the destination by 8:30!! Thank you so much.
P. S. I’ve called the local post office number and it’s rung many times and it seemed to let me leave a voice mail so I did. I left my contact information and the tracking number on the message.

I’m not that impressed. I normally go to the Cave Spring, Staples drop off center but once in a while I come here. Though remember they have odd hours and have a full 2 hour it seems lunch break. If you know the guy there he will ignore the rest of the line etc like it’s the good ol boy network like nobody else exist. Also I find it weird they have 3 big blue boxes but only can fit a basic envelope or maybe a bubble envelope. No room for even a small box for such a “high brow” area it does lack overall basic customer service. Typical small town minded. Please don’t respond on how nice you are bc you are simply not.

Some post offices have that guy who is so unhelpful. I brought my box in but the preprinted label wasn’t attached. “You have 2 options, take it home and attach the label or buy some tape over there.” Go to another location where they will apply a label for you. Don’t waste your time with people like this. This was my 3rd stop of the day, UPS, FedEx, and now I have to go to my local post office. Geez

Third time I have put a bill in my mailbox that wasn’t delivered in the past year! Now I owe a penalty for late real estate taxes! And we trust our elections to the postal service!

Guy that works here is extremely rude and the only one ever here. Sarcastic and embarrasses people every time they ask a question, literally including about what kind of stamps this postoffice sells. Snapped at me in front of everyone when I gave him my QR code I was provided with by the company I was returning an item to and said “Guess you’ve never seen a QR code but this is very obviously not it.” When I asked how to differentiate between the two he explained that wasn’t his job. This is the 3rd time I’ve had issues with him. Done with it, going somewhere else, you should too.

I have to continually pick up packages here because like others I live at Summit at Roanoke, and I'm honestly tired of interacting with the gentleman that is at the front desk. He acts like it's the biggest inconvenience in the world to do his job.

Rude… just rude. All the reviews are about the same guy. Need to find a replacement. Thought he might have been having a bad day but looks like he’s always like this. How does a company not do something about that?

Postal clerk had a real small town/neighborhood attitude with his customers. Patiently explains best way to ship items. Polite and professional.

Brian does a fine job of moving the line along at this post office. Those who complain don’t realize that without this station, they’d all have to go downtown. I have never seen Brian be discourteous to anybody, but there is often a long line which doesn’t allow him to chat. Live with it.

Worst customer experience. The man working there should be fired and never allowed to work in customer service. He answers the phone saying "hello what's the issue?" I tell him I need to pick up my package, tells me my package is at another location and gives me the wrong number even though I was tracking that it was indeed there. Just a lazy piece of work. Believe his name was Brian. This man ain't even worth 2 dollars an hour. One of the Most unitlligent human beings. Fire him please!!!!!

Never had a problem with the service. If you want to experience really, really bad service visit the New Orleans post offices. By comparison Brian is a charmer.

If I could give less than one star I would the guy at this post office is so rude usually I overlook it but today was the worst
I came in and asked a question about overnighting a letter and he was do belligerent and rude that I walked out he shouted across the room did you get a form? And I said hmm meaning I’ll get one and he shouted hmm mocking me in fro t of the other customers
Realty? This is what represents our postal service
And this is not the first time either
They should get someone who likes their job and get rid of this clown
