If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a package, it went out for delivery yesterday but then was forwarded less than an hour later. Went back out for delivery today and then again, about 2 hours later I get a notification that it was RETURNED TO SENDER??? bc of my address. Triple checked that my address was correct everywhere. Cannot get in touch with anyone. No missed package attempt notification left at the door, no attempt to contact me. Are you effing serious?

David is the nicest, most cheerful USPS employee I have ever interacted with. He is awesome and makes visiting the post office, which is usually not a pleasant experience, much more pleasant! He needs a raise!!!

EVERY OTHER DAY MY MAIL IS NOT DELIVERED FOR A NONEXISTENT REASON.I NEVER KNOW WHEN IM GETTING MY MAIL.IVE LITERALLY COMPLAINED 4x in the PAST MONTH AND I WAS CALLED AND TOLD THIS WONT CONTINUE HAPPENING.FRIDAY DELIVERY WAS ‘ATTEMPTED’ which is a lie! I live in an apartment. Sunday? No MAIL. MONDAY? No mail & NO UPDATES FROM TRACKING. NO CHANGES. NO RESPONSIBILITY. The post office guy said people lie if they don’t feel like delivering. WHY IS THIS OKAY? Where is my mail!!! I will call and file a report everyday until I get explanations why I’m not getting my mail.

While the only guy who works there is crazy nice and wonderful, they need more staff. I have gone three times in one week and they have been closed for thirty minutes every single time I go. No matter what time of day. Morning and afternoon. Clearly one person isn’t working.

David at the location 101 Church Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24011 is AMAZING! He is always by himself and even though there is a constant stream of customers the wait time is always very very short because he really, really knows his stuff. Is is the most efficient USPS mail person ever and I do not know how but he is ALWAYS nice to everybody and wants all his customers to get the product that they want at the best value. I totally trust him. Please let him know how good of a reputation he has in our neighborhood and that we all truly appreciate that he comes to work always giving more than 100% and always having a pleasant attitude. Even though this location is inconvenient for me to get to I always come to this location because David is just amazing.
