Woke up to a dead phone this morning as it was plugged in all night. We first tried a different US Cellular store near us but the customer service was not good. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cory Massie who went above and beyond in customer service. I switched from Android to iPhone and he made it seamless! Also a thank you to Nate who started the process of backing everything up so I didn't lose precious photos or contacts. Also very helpful!
