If I could give this company ZERO stars I surely would. Driver left a call On Wednesday of last week to confirm delivery BUT he called at 7 in morning when our bill of sale states 10a-7p! Once we called back to confir, they said we would not be able to get it until monday of the next week becuase since we didnt answer it was pushed to the next trip. Monday has come and the truck has not. We called and we were informed that the driver did not feel safe to pull in and the road was unaccessable. which is untrue due to us being on a a four lane road with plenty of room to pull in. We are now pushed to tuesday and have paid and wasted labor for an entire day!

Had pallet forks shipped across the country to these people. Scheduled a delivery with them, and then ON THE MORNING OF DELIVERY, they refused to come down my street to deliver the forks, saying that they'd have trouble navigating the street with their truck, even though large trucks come up our street all the time. The man on the phone was very pushy about having me drive up the street to pick up the 400lb package at a gas station, even though the pallet forks I would need to drive the package back to the farm were the item being delivered (unassembled!), and even though I paid for delivery to my house, not to that gas station. Now I have to wait for the item to be transferred to another company so that they can do these folks' job for them.
