I have been waiting on a package which was next day delivery coming from Philadelphia to Virginia, was received in Roanoke VA who then shipped it to GREENSBORO ,NC!! by mistake..make this make sense??

I don’t know why but my packages are being opened before delivery. This is a regular occurrence. Not happy at all

THIS 5 STAR REVIEW IS FOR MELANIE AND KELLY ONLY!!!! UPS CORPORATE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I got a vm from Melanie on 8/14 that my crabmeat package should have been on a truck and heading to me 53 minutes away. It did not make it so I was told I could come pick it up or it would come the next day.I was worried the crabmeat would be ruined if I waited.
Logic within this company nationwide is GONE!!!! I spent an hour going round and round with the MACHINE that could not troubleshoot or allow me to speak with a human. There was no direct # to call the terminal or anyone anywhere. When I finally reached a person that sounded like they were located out of country, I spent an inordinate amount of time saying I was going to drive there and pick it up myself and I just wanted to be sure it was actually still there before I wasted 2 more hours of my vacation trying to correct their mistake. After about 20 minutes getting nowhere with that person, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then told I would need to hold for another 14 minutes, but he assured me I was too late in the day, (12:00) making a pickup request so I would not be allowed to do so.
So I drove there only to be the gatekeeper that it was 1:15 and they did not reopen until 3:00. Again, can we pick the phone up and find out who on the other side of that little booth called me? Nope. I was told to "go walk around Walmart and come back." Again, this was not MY MISTAKE that my $300 worth of crabmeat did not get to me!!! Finally someone walked past us and the gatekeeper asked him what to do. He said, calll Kelly. And thank heaven above she knew immediately and brought the package right out to me.
Again, I will reiterate, Kelly should be running corporate UPS, as she seems to be the ONLY human that has some common sense and decency!!!!!
THANK YOU KELLY!!! YOU ARE A HERO IN THE MIDST OF A LOT OF MORONS! Absolutely unbelievably frustrating and totally unnecessary to put a paying customer through this kind of garbage to get their package that you failed to get on the truck!

For the last two days I’ve been trying to receive a package containing a piece of my 401k that was shipped through the irresponsible and negligent us postal service (ups) and for the last two days I’ve the run around. On this as I’m writing this review my package was scanned as delivered to an appointed UPS access point but when I showed up to pick it up I was there informed that my package was not delivered. And no one at the customer service center is responding to any emails from their customer service representatives. What should I do should the better business bureau and my lawyer????

UPS is the worst when it comes to customer service. All the Indians in India can do is tell tracking info. How can they not care about package lose. Why cannot when they lost a package at the last know point man up call the receiver and say hey I am sorry. Sincerity and time will go a long way.

They don't take Amazon returns at this location.
It's at a UPS depot so a lot of parking for employees that you have to maneuver through to get to the customer center.
Otherwise, easy in easy out.

Every package delivered to my house for the last year looks like this. Destruction goes unchecked working for UPS in Roanoke. Imagine the millions of dollars of damage to customers items, and corporate profits for the vendors. Failure of management, criminal levels of neglect here.

Mike Golusky is absolutely wonderful! We see him daily here at Patrick K. Moore, PC in Blacksburg and he always brings a smile to our faces. He is incredibly kind and will do everything in his power to help us out. We cannot put into words how much we appreciate Mike!

I live 45 mins to warehouse where they load pkgs . My PKG said out for delivery we it never came it took a joy ride all the way to Florida WTH who is delivering now . Again today another PKG was out for delivery and now back to Roanoke maybe it's taking a joy ride to China . Very very poor customer service . Fed up UPS GET IT TOGETHER

The hours listed on their website for this customer center show it is open on Saturday from 10:00AM - 3:00PM. This is wrong. I went there on Saturday 2/10/24 at 1:30PM and they were closed. The gate to the customer parking area was closed. I asked the person at the gate house if they were closed for lunch and was told they are not open on Saturdays. Please update your hours so your customers don't waste their time.

I just wanted to give a shout out to our UPS driver Michelle Smith.She goes above and beyond her job requirements to ensure the customers on her route are taken care of. Needless to say we can definitely tell when she takes days off the service is nowhere near the same.
