Drivers don't deliver on time and lies about what time they came and return. Waste of time and money. Very dishonest I will no longer do business with anyone who uses UPS for their shipment needs.

I’d give negative stars if possible. Deliveries from this hub are a joke. Once again they left my package on the side of the road. Now that it’s been fished out of the water I’ll be bringing the soggy mess back to them for them to deal with. No excuse for the lazy incompetent service they sell to retailers.

Garbage service. Paid for expedited shipping now that is gonna be 3 days late that is sitting in Roanoke for 2 days apparently. No one to talk to or any type of contact so I can pick it up myself. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Awful, awful. Package arrived in ROA on 3/31, now 4/2 and still haven't received it. Was promised 100% by UPS customer service I would receive today. I lost my phone, waiting for a replacement, and have no other phone for emergencies or anything. Haven't seen a UPS truck in our neighborhood for a week. What an awful business, the CEO should be arrested.

Packages sit there, or stay on trucks for delivery for multiple days. I’m not sure what is going on with UPS here, but they are pretty terrible at doing their job.

In just the last 3 months, EIGHT packages with my address, were sent to various neighbors houses instead of mine. I have my house clearly marked with my number, but they are clearly incapable of taking my money and just delivering a package to my address.

Whether you call 1-800-India, or the local office. Absolutely Horrible customer service. They are rude, liars who hang up on you when you have questions. 1-10? -1.

I have had the worst experience from UPS, each time I receive a package they put it at other doors, they dont knock or ring door bell, it's just thrown at any door, trouble customer service, some of these drivers need to be fired due to their customer service, shall I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, can not reach anyone to make a complaint, I dislike dealing with UPS!!!

This is the worst location possible with some of the worst customer service. I was supposed to receive my package on a Thursday, and it was never delivered due to an 'illegible or damaged label'. I called Friday night, and was told that they would place a request for the package to be shipped out on Saturday morning. Saturday morning I received a call saying they found the package and the shipping label was absolutely fine, but they 'found' it too late for it to be shipped out, so it would be shipped out Monday. It's currently Monday night, and I just got off the phone and I was told that the package wasn't shipped out for who knows what B.S. reason. This UPS has consistently screwed up any large package I have ordered, breaking items, shipping late, or not shipping at all for no reason whatsoever.

I was supposed to receive my MEDICINE yesterday. I have still not gotten it. I called several times yesterday and last night and was assured I would get the medicine. Actually was told they were on the way. All my tracking information has been erased! Your business is a joke. Awful customer service.
