As soon as you get through the door, there is a staff person waiting to attend to one's needs. Employee 111066 was not only very helpful, but she was pleasant, as well. She made me feel she genuinely wanted to help me and was pleased when I thanked her for making the experience easy.

Kindness & friendly customer service needs to be reiterated with employees for ALL customers whether they are returning through Amazon or paying direct. I get a feeling of being a burden if I’m not quick enough or need additional services with Amazon returns. This has happened on so many occasions that I dread going to this store for returns. I approached the issue asking If there was something I could do better, or if there was something I was doing wrong, and was rudely replied to in a short dismissive manner with a direct glare. It’s very clear they very much dislike Amazon returns. Also, I would like to point out to management, If the employees need time to close the store down If a return is made near closing, Please reduce the hours Set the expectation for the employees to stay longer. It’s very evident if you attempt to return something near closing it’s frowned upon. There’s a few employees that I really used to love doing business with that I rarely see anymore. I just think this store needs a refresher on how to treat customers. It’s not the whole store. It’s just a few female employees that generally close week days (I really don’t want to call their names out). I’m extremely kind and try to do things very Quickly and efficiently as possible. I’ve apologized for being close to store closing and got nothing but silence on several visits. I’ve been in the store 3 to 5 minutes past closing time, due to other customers coming in and allowing them to go ahead for other customers experiences, or trying to get all the returns done in general and it’s just a bad feeling in the store when you’re doing a return from Amazon. Amazon allows you to order things and return them. It’s part of how they do business for trying on clothes or shoes and, unfortunately, they make me go to this store. Staples (Amazon’s other source for returns)is wonderful and treats all customers like they should be treated. I hope to see some change in the store with just general kindness.

Had to go here and get fingerprints for a federal background check and Courtney was absolutely the best help I’ve had at a UPS location by far!!!! Definitely there for customer service!!!

Make sure you buy the insurance. I shipped golf clubs from this store last month and they never made it out of UPS warehouse. I have never used UPS before and was not aware that you had to buy insurance for anything over $100 in value. No one at store offered it to me. So I am basically out of luck for some thieves in UPS warehouse. Good Luck trying to talk to person at this company.
