Tj has never disappointed me when it comes to my car every Time I have a problem with my car and call him he will fix it and my car runs normal I do recommend him and he has recent prices

Phoned in to ask about availability to perform a minor service on my vehicle (fuse replacement). The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Kept calling me “Buddy”, in a demeaning way. When I asked if he would take a look to make sure the other fuses were seated properly he said, “Yeah Buddy…I’m not gonna waste my time by not checking the others and have to fix it again”. He then said “Do you want it looked at or not?”…Naturally, I declined. The worst phone etiquette of any business I’ve ever encountered. This was my personal experience and my opinion of this business. They may be great mechanics, but I’d suggest hiring someone else to provide (at least marginal) customer service.

Never again!!!! Next time if you don't have the proper tools to put in an exhaust please tell the customer . I was charged 410.00 by you to go spend another $325 to fix what you did wrong.Welds have holes and the bends were done improper...Service: Exhaust
