We used Upack to move from New Hampshire to Virginia. The customer service at both state sites, and the main office were super helpful.Our driver that delivered our Upack trucks in Virginia was incredible! He went above and beyond to get our trailers into a convenient unloading spot.Upack was way more cost-effective than competitors. Their pay by the foot on the second trailer made it less stressful to try and fit everything into the trailer. We needed more space than we originally anticipated, so it was great that they only charge you for the space you use.Moving is a pain, so we don't plan on doing it again soon, but we would definitely use Upack for our future moving needs.

Highly recommend if you have a house full. U-Pack made my move so much easier than I had anticipated. U-Pack is much cheaper than others. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. They recommended my needs, and they were accurate. The trailer was clean. Their truck drivers are cleaned up, polite, and very skilled. When the driver showed up to drop off my trailer - he also gave me instructions for everything and took the time to show me the process. The driver that did my pick up was on time. We moved from New Hampshire to Virginia. The roads we live on are infamous for being the curviest country backroads in the US. Well that was no problem for U-Pack drivers. I had trouble finding a company that would drive up this mountain. I highly recommend U-Pack for your move!! Thank you again, U-Pack!!

I absolutely recommend U-Pack for moving. It is the second time we have used them and it was such a wonderful experience. Moving can be difficult and stressful. They dropped off the container on time when we expected and picked it back up quickly upon calling. Can't say enough about the possitive experience, from the drivers to dispatchers. Everyone was wonderful.

Excellent service. Truck arrived when promised, promptly picked-up when we completed loading early, and delivered as promised. I strongly recommend this service for the Do It Yourselfer. Lots of space, pay for only what you use, and they do the driving. This load traveled over 900 miles - I would not want to drive a large rental truck that far and then have to return home. We used a 28' trailer instead of pods.

Their prices might be slightly higer than the competition's but the level of professionalism and service you get makes it so much worth it. Should out to my boy Jefferey in loading at Brampton warehouse, he is the best !

I was relocating due to change of work and was looking for the best cost/value. UPack offered the best rate for the size of house I was moving. I really liked that they leave the trailer for up to 3 days for you to load/unload and you dont need to hurry. They were very responsive to any last minute changes I had. Due to my move being too close to Xmas holidays it got delayed. The trailer got stuck in NC for additional week as they couldnt find a new driver to continue the route. With all the problems, the delivery was not 5-7 days as in original email, and went above any updated estimate, however, their customer support was helpful and sent me a refund for the days the went over the estimated date. The driver who delivered my stuff was very skilled and helpful and fit the big 28' trailer nicely in our tight circular parking space in the neighborhood! I would recommend their service and I will likely use it again, just don't plan around holidays because a lot of factors can affect the efficiency. Communication about the delays could have been better and the driver finding issue could have been handled better so for that I remove a star.

I had a great experience with U-Pack. Cubes arrived at my house on time, were picked up on time, and arrived at destination early! Items were well-packed by myself and local movers, but the contents did amazingly well on a 2,200+ mile journey. The cost was much less than competitors, and the service was great. They did what they said they would do. Not every company does that. I don't write many reviews, and I hope this helps someone looking at moving. It is never easy, but U-Pack makes it easier unless you want to pay 10X as much for someone to do everything for you.

What a great experience. The team was helpful and informative right from the beginning. Everything went as smooth as possible and text messages were right to on time and appropriate. I strongly recommend them. We moved a 1 room apartment in 1 unit from VA to FL. All took 7 work days from drop off to delivery. Units were picked up day after we requested pick up too. Very timely. Great service.

I had a great experience with U-Pack, both with the local offices and the national customer service. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. My moving dates changed many times, and being able to move my cube drop-off day without penalty was invaluable. I paid for the expedited shipping, and my items arrived early that day. In both locations, the drivers arrived on time and were very skilled and courteous. I'd highly recommend U-Pack!

Could not have been easier. Talked to rep on the phone who quoted me an excellent price, lower than PODS, and the price did not change. I did have to make 1 change, but it was super easy & quick. They kept in touch by text message links for pick up and drop off days, which went off flawlessly. Everyone I was in contact with from VA to TX was extremely friendly and efficient. I had used PODS twice before and it was such a headache bc of convoluted pricing. I highly recommend using UPACK. I look forward to using them again for another upcoming move later this year
