Ordered a lg drain pump through tribles. It shipped same day which was excellent. I also ordered one through Amazon original oem part. Amazons didn’t show up until same day tribles did( holiday season taking longer) any ways I get my wife to drop off the part they shipped still in box and they told her they can’t take it back because it’s been hooked up. When clearly it was in there box still in bubble wrap. So I assume they sold me a used part and a new price and they won’t refund us. Last time we will use them

If you are into DIY appliance repair, this is a great local place to get parts quick rather than the web. Prices may be a little less competitive than online but you can get your appliance up and running much faster than waiting days or weeks for a shipment. Plus, it is nice to help a local business (and, yes I know they are regional).

Most definitely my go-to place when I need hard to find parts for appliances! Extremely courteous, fast and friendly, needed parts are 99.9% of the time in stock...also forgot to mention the prices are very low and hard to beat! I have their number set to speed dial in my phone ?

I arrived at 4:50pm on a Thursday afternoon to purchase a simple air conditioner part I had called ahead about before traveling 45 mins to their location, confirmed I'd be there just before close and they were of course closed and left for the day as well as not making any effort to be helpful over the phone and only wanted to quote me the highest priced parts $80 -$200 , luckily I went somewhere else the next morning and picked up the part for $17.44 , tg their r other options in this little town !!!!

Great service, they always have what I need and if not its ok Maryland and will be her usually next day if you order before 1:00/2:00. Ask for Brandon, y'all him Bill Bowes sent you and tell him that the 49ers are Garbage he'll love it!! ?

They were highly recommended for the part I needed. Were very friendly and helpful with the part and situation. The part was available they set it aside and an hour later my fridge was up and running. Very good experience. Try these guys out. You can Do It!!
