I can't even begin to explain how much Kimberly has changed my idea of fitness. The atmosphere in Tribe is contagious. We cheer each other on, celebrate each other's successes and push each other to be our best. Kimberly is an AMAZING coach and the glue that holds us all together. I’ve been going to Tribe Fitness for almost two months and so far it’s the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a gym. Kim really cares about her clients and their health and takes a fully non judgmental, hands on, and supporting role with anyone who steps through her door. She’s been super supportive and encouraging and knows when to push vs. tell me to take a break. She also makes sure that any exercise that might be too much or not enough is modified for the person doing it. I’m super happy I stumbled across this place, probably the best thing of 2021 for me and can’t recommend it enough, no matter what your skill or fitness level is this is the place for you.

I have been with Tribe Fitness since it opened in January 2019 but have known Kimberly (owner/trainer/personal cheerleader) since January 2018. Tribe gives you a 30 minute full body workout that truly works your body - including cardio and strength training. It gives you 30 minutes to focus on you, to improve you and to make you a better person. Kimberly is an amazing trainer that is certified in many different areas - she will give you modifications if you are unable to do something and she will also push you to do something you never thought you could do. I went to FitBody and Kim was the trainer, however they closed that location and Kim opened the Tribe and I started right when the doors open. Kim was the reason I started enjoying working out again. She will help you in anyway she can and the friendships I have made through the time are forever friends!!! If you want a great place to work out and meet new friends who are all in it together Tribe is your fitness place. All and the best trainer around “Kim”!!! See you at The Tribe.

Kim is great! I really enjoy taking her classes. She really takes the time to work with you and make sure you’re doing everything correctly. I love how you can be at any point in your fitness journey when taking her classes, she will help modify any exercise to your fitness level. I definitely recommend!

Tribe Fitness has changed my life. The workouts are fun, challenging and adaptable for all fitness levels. Whether you are a couch potato ( former couch potato right here), or a tri-athlete, the workouts will change your body, change your attitude, and change your ideas about what you are capable of. The members of Tribe are very supportive and I have made life long friendships here. I joined at a low point in my life and focusing on my health was the best medicine for me. The trainers are amazing!
