“I stopped by to have some urgent tire work done. They went out of their way to ensure I could get in on short notice and that what I needed was taken care of.
It seems like they do excellent work and I'm sure there are sure many local tire stores do. The difference here was the staff's attitude.
They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Based on that I'd give them more than five stars if it was possible!

He got the keys and we walked the vehicle. I asked for a test drive and he was more than happy to accommodate. I asked him to work the best deal for when I came back. We negotiated a bit and I bought the car. I have nothing to complain about. If you are in the market for a new to you or new car contact this young man. He is honest and trustworthy. Oh, and the wife is happy with her new ride. Time spent to buy this car was less than 2 hours total.”

“I was passing through Roanoke on a long trip home to Texas with a serious medical condition requiring spinal surgery. I had a nail hole with a slow leak that was drivable, losing only 1-2 psi per day. The front desk gentleman and lady took me in without hesitation and helped me patched the leak. They put me and my wife back on the roadtrip home. In contrast, The NTB-National Tire & Battery in Springfield, VA told me my tire (Honda factory installed, only 10 month old, 20K miles hwy only) was not repairable and insisted I needed a new tire. There were some people that we remembered and appreciated in life for being kind and honest, the staff at King's Tire Services in Roanoke, VA are at the top of my lists.”

“The work they did for me was good and all, i was more impressed by how they treated other customers. Three guys were working, greeting every customer immediately and politely. Two stayed in the shop while one worked the counter. However the guy working the counter would, when there was no customer to help, jump back out in the shop to help on jobs. “The team at Mr. Tire saved the day! I was travelling long distance when my car began making a noise. I still had several hours to drive and was concerned about continuing on the highway. I explained everything to the gentleman at the front desk (I believe his name was Todd) and he and the team squeezed me in right away. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and were immediately on the phone to source the parts. Once the parts were in they began work straightaway. They did a great job getting us back up and running. Quick service. Quality crew. Definitely recommend.”
“Let me tell you a story. We call these people up 30 minutes before we can get there, tell them our tire size to confirm they have what we need, right? They tell us they have tires we can use, so we show up. I literally have the car pulled up to their garage, and they have 3 floor jacks waiting for me outside. I don't even have all my passengers out of the car yet and suddenly three employees come outside and start taking off my donut spare, take my flat from me after I pulled it out of my trunk, and start going to town on getting me squared away. They had me back on the road in UNDER 30 MINUTES with 2 tires, balanced and on my car, and they even topped off the air in my slightly low donut spare I hadn't used before today. I swear it felt like I stepped into a NASCAR pit crew staging area. Super polite, extremely fast, and professional people. If I lived in the area, they'd have a new customer for life. If I come across anyone that needs their services while in the area, I will always give them my referral. Loved how helpful and fast they were. Great prices, too! If you need a tire, I strongly recommend you go there for help. You won't be disappointed.”

Plenty of room to maneuver the 40' 5er in the parking lot with easy entry and exit.The technicians were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I moved from 16" to 17.5" wheels and tires to complete my suspension upgrade. Even though I had purchased them online (new tires, used alloy wheels) to fit my special trailer needs, they were quite accommodating.I am going to have my fifth wheel serviced there for brakes next because of the courteous encounter I had with McCarthy's!”
