Sports Car Clinic provides quality service to your precious sports car including your family car. Everyone there is friendly and professional. That's how they've been able to stay in business for over 4 decades. Their location is a plus, easy to find. My family will continue to trust the work they do for us.

For the past 16 YEARS I have had all of my vehicles serviced by the guys at The Sportscar Clinic. In that time I have also sent my friends and family to them. We have all received excellent customer service from Matt and the service advisor Landon. If you spend any time in the waiting area you will see Matt constantly busy but also always stopping to talk through things with customers. It is truly refreshing to hear the guys advise customers against dumping money into a vehicle which is basically turning down income for the shop and putting the customer’s best interest first. It’s sad that the industry’s reputation has customers constantly questioning a shop’s ethics. The Sportscar Clinic is a different breed. 5 stars for these guys!!!

I would give this ship 0 stars if I could. I brought my VW Jetta TDI diesel to this shop. I usually work on my own vehicle but I had a problem with my acceleration that is most likely related to boost or fuel. It had me completely stumped. I brought it here for a diagnosis. Matt the manager called me after they had spent 1.5 hours looking at the vehicle to tell me that my air filter appeared to have become dislodged. They replaced it, but the problem with acceleration persisted. He went on to tell me that they basically couldn't figure out the problem without "tearing the engine apart" and warned me of the high cost of doing so. He put an abnormal amount of emphasis on the cost to the point where it felt rhetorical, almost as if they didn't want to mess with my car anymore. I was also confused because I've had some issues with fuel and boost in the past and I've taken my car to a number of European car shops in Charlottesville, Staunton and Lynchburg and literally all of them figured out my problem within an hour of diagnosis. When I went on to ask Matt if they had used VCDS to check the values of the car's boost pressure, the N75 duty cycle or fuel flow values, he told me "no." He went on to say "diesels are not our forte" and "I'm not a TDI guy." It would have been nice of them to tell me this BEFORE they started work on my vehicle so I could have taken it to another shop that is more versed in TDI's, but apparently that was too much of a moral thing to do. This felt very underhanded. When I confronted Matt about this he said they "can" fix diesels but continued to emphasized that TDI's are not their strong point. He went on to note the high mileage of my vehicle (370,000 miles) and made a comment about how my engine is "probably just tired." That statement is ridiculous and confirms his ignorance with TDI's considering there are TDI's still on the road with 400,000-500,000 miles. It's a diesel, for crying out loud. This whole situation felt very careless and underhanded. A $200 bill later and I have more questions than answers. Avoid this shop and take your vehicle elsewhere, especially if it's a diesel.

We have two older model Jaguars and I wouldn’t take them ANYwhere else. Not only do they do great work, and affordable (for luxury model imports anyway) but they are also just SUPER nice guys. Updating you along the way, in detail. Definitely highly recommend them if you own one of the specific makes they work on. They’ll treat it with the respect and care that it deserves.

Always a great comfort in knowing that my car is serviced and repaired by the Sportscar Clinic. They offer personalized direction I wish was available in many other essential needs. The trust I have in them is unequaled in any other source of vehicle repair I have used in the past. I feel very lucky to have them in Roanoke.

I bought a 15 year old Range Rover with several issues. First time experience at sports car clinic. Couldn’t be happier. I gave them a list of things I wanted checked. All were addressed no matter how small. I was given adequate information on each issue and happy with repairs that were made.Service: General repairs & maintenance
