My hubby and I were there yesterday to get my Xmas present and Rick took fine care of us, explaining about bringing them in for free cleaning and that you can upgrade them to a larger carat weight...hint, hint to my hubby!!! I came in with my wife and my wife was having issues with her watch band and he went above and beyond to fix it. the guy working was really awesome and really friendly. I will definitely recommend doing business with him in the future.

I have had very good experiences with the Jewelry Connection. The owner has always been helpful and kind. The repairs on my watches have been successful. I am able to wait to get watch batteries repaired for a reasonable price. There is a nice collection of non-allergenic earrings which truly do not cause a reaction. Highly recommend this business.
