Stylist: Becky took the time to listen to what I want to do with my hair color. My hair has been graying for years now, even more so since
I’ve passed the 50 year mark. She gave me suggestion on how to transition as naturally as possible. This was my 2nd gray blending session. She also toned down the brassiness at ends of my hair due to old box color. She’s very professional, courteous, and wants you to be 100% happy with end result.

Callie SAVED my hair the left is what I came in with from another local salon. It was horrific. My hair was dry frizzy and dead. The right is the magic that Callie worked. Absolute miracle worker, best experience that I have ever had in a salon. 10/10.

This place is the best! Always super respectful to everyone. I highly recommend to all my genderfluid or alternative people.
Requested style: My stylist, Amber, matched my picture so well and even helped me adjust it to match my current length and everything. This is my favorite place to take all the people in my life to get a nice respectful hairstyle or cut.

I have only been here 3 times and I have had two horrible experiences with the same hairdresser ( had positive experience with others, by the time I come back they no longer work there.) she is an older white lady that cuts hair in the chair directly behind the front desk. BOTH times I have asked for the same very specific hair cut (I am neurodivergent and need specific lengths in order to not feel uncomfortable all day.) and despite agreeing she messed up both times.
The first time she used the electric razor on everywhere but the top half my head and left me little to no hair on top of my head, instead of the haircut we agreed on she gave me the exact hair cut of the man on the poster in the back of the store. I had told her it was the night of a big dance and she messed it up.
Second time, she was the only one in the building, I told her I had an upcoming performance and instead of giving me what I asked, she once again cut my hair too short AND forgot to layer one side of my head and to top it off she didn’t center my part/ layers when she cut my hair.
And I will also mention that the other hairdressers often warn people about how “she gets to busy talking and cuts hair to short” or “she can’t see really well so she messes up.” And I believe that speaks to my experience. Although, I believe it is unprofessional to talk about your coworkers I have a growing suspicious the reason they don’t speak up is that they don’t feel like they can. I have seen her speak down to others constantly, to the point where I was uncomfortable.
I am really disappointed with my experiences and I will not be coming back. I will be asking for a refund for both times.
