The manager worked with me, I asked for a cape when she washed my hair. I did not get one ,when I got in the chair today to get hair dried and blown out. I asked for one. I did not get one. Talked about herself a lot.
I will not be coming back to this one or the one that she’s going to in Salem. Bad service.

Last time I went there they forgot the cut around my ears and even left some extra long hairs randomly. The woman got upset when I told her about the long hairs. Also claim they are open until 5:00pm but they lock the doors at 4:30 so that they can leave at 5:00. VERY unprofessional. If you’re going to put your hours on the door, they you should stick to the hours. Especially when you work for tips. Will NEVER go here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Went in this salon to take my cousins for men’s haircuts. 3 women were working. 2 clients were in chairs with color on their hair. It was obvious the color was processing. The stylists were talking, not working on anyone. There were no customers at all in the store. One of the stylists said sorry we can’t help you we are booked up. I said no one is here. It says Walk ins welcome, no one is in here.
She said : I told you we are booked go across the street. I will never go back there again. The salon across the street was closed due to no staff!

So we have all had that experience of leaving a chain hair salon unhappy with your butchered haircut. After attempting to walk into 4 different barbers without a reservation I decided to just bite the bullet and get a mediocre haircut and stumbled into Supercuts. Sam, friendly greeted me and I sat down in her chair. I asked her to give me a high and tight... Her confidence had me a bit weary. The barbers I have gone to struggle with getting the high and tight exactly as I like it and it usually results in me going home and having my wife fix my new haircut. She was easy to talk to and I watched attentively while she cut my hair. I was amazed because she nailed every aspect! It was by far the best haircut I have ever received and the FIRST haircut I happily paid for. She is amazing in her craft... I was eager to go home to see if my wife had anything to say about my typical “butchered haircut” but she actually complimented on how clean and even it looked. I think I just found my new hairstylist. Thank you Sam for restoring my confidence in hairstylists, my search for a good one is over!Services: Beard trim
