Recently shopped at Super Shoes #6, and had the most amazing customer service experience with Jennifer. She went above and beyond in helping me select not 1, but 2 pair of shoes. I will definitely be returning to this location for future purchases. Thank you Jennifer, you ROCK!!!!!

If I could give this location zero stars I definitely would.
My job requires us to go through a boot voucher through Super Shoes.
This location is God awful with customer service.
It doesn't matter what day of the week or what time, I can never get help. I was in the store for 20 minutes. I got help from customers and could never find any employees.
I went to the Salem location after getting aggravated. I refuse to spend any money at a place where I have to beg for the bare minimum. It shouldn't be like pulling teeth.
The Salem location has people that will assist you.

Sale prices are great currently. Good fashion/winter boot selection for ladies even late in the season. Not the tidyest or prettiest of stores, but the 2 guys working this afternoon were super nice and helpful. One even came off break to help with the line. UNHEARD OF! Yay customer service.

Always has the size in stock and styles you want. Surprisingly, they don't carry the top brand shoe inserts. Thank God for Amazon!
