JoAnne is an amazing stylist who really listens to what you want and is super friendly. I always leave her salon with a smile on my face because of how much I love my hair! She has cut and styled my hair for years, she put a loose perm in my hair that I loved and it looked INCREDIBLE (I miss the curls sometimes), and she has styled my hair for my sister's and mine's wedding as well as several bridesmaids. Her talent is so spectacular that even after I moved four hours away, I still wait until I come to visit family to get my hair done at her salon.

Sadly, I had a very bad experience here. Went in with hair that was mostly one length except for bangs and one side (length was a little longer than the other). Came out with layers that I can do nothing with. When I complained, I felt as if I was being blamed for the bad haircut that I got.
