I went in to get breakfast. They didnt greet me at all and just looked at me with a look of inconvenience on their face. I ordered and then the two women argued about who was going to make the food and how one did the trash last and other things like that. They were just rude the entire time. Then they never gave me the breakfast caserole I ordered, but charged me for it. I visited about 815 am on 5/15/21. These two employees need to be fired. If they worked for me they would be.

I have been to this store multiple times and they have always been rude. However, today 7/16/20 it was enough to make me NEVER want to step foot in there again. I was waiting at the register for at least 10 minutes and was completely IGNORED and treated with disrespect. The customer service here is absolutely horrific. Never have I felt more uncomfortable making a simple purchase at a convenient store. They are a bunch of miserable older women. Don’t even waste your time going here. Terrible terrible terrible!

They are the best place to get chicken tenders in Roanoke by far and they always know my order when I go in there, they are all sweet and kind to me and I’ve never had a problem in there!

It's 8:45 I went in to see if they had breakfast casserole there was none out so I asked the cashier if they had any more she said I'm not sure if she has more back there or not . nobody in line but me and she wouldn't even go check not very good customer service.

The girl kim is a sweetheart... Had questions about a product and she answered them the best she could. This woman deserves some type of recondition everytime i go in here she smiles and is just cheerful and sweet as can be.

Terrible customer service the lady basically ignored me the whole time I was trying to check out and then gave me attitude when I had to speak up to get her to help me as if I were inconveniencing her.
