April in the print center was absolutely outstanding in regards to servicing my printing needs. She was attentive, kind, very detailed and super professional. Staples should promote her as she took care of me as well as the other customers around me and treated us all like we were the only customer there, so give that April a promotion or a raise at the very least!

I visited Staples to buy a new date book and some pens and pen refills. Iwas pleased with all that I found because the quality met my expectations and the prices were bargains.

I called Staples to find out the cost for printing and had a few questions, while asking the questions the person, April hung up the phone. I thought she did not realize I was asking her a question so I called back and was transferred to her again she rudely told me she had other customers and hung up AGAIN! She is the rudest human being I have ever met. She has absolutely no customer service or phone service training skills and should go back to basic. If you are going to hung up a phone on the customer, then do not answer the phone in the first place. If you cannot do both ask for more staff. Since as the customer in front of you is the only important one, I will surely take my business elsewhere and print my marketing documents overseas for way less, no worries. One less customer for you to contend with, let's see how well that goes for business and your job.

Lazy incompetent employees who DO NOT know their own stores policies NOR do they respect, learn, ask, or otherwise MAKE ANY attempt to resolve any issues. I am SO DISAPPOINTED ! in the level of customer service. BECAUSE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! 1. no staff to assist at the customer service desk, when asked "none of the remaining employees at 4pm are trained to print a single piece of paper, document, email or ANY TYPE OF APPROVED BY YOUR POLICY DOCUMENT !!!" May I ask why are you even in business?????Absolutely, lousy lazy, self centered, self absorbed incompetent, rude , dysfunctional human beings.

HUGE ISSUE FOR DISABLED PATRONS: Not once, but twice in the past couple months I’ve been here with an Amazon return and the signs have you going in all directions. There’s a huge sign with two arrows telling you Amazon returns to the right when you first walk in. Then you get to the counter and there’s another sign saying Amazon here. Then you get there and another smalls handmade print says Amazon at customer service. You wait in that area and no one comes. They don’t bother telling you that there is no one at that area. You have to wait in the regular line and the cashier will then walk over to take your package. It seems fine for any able bodied person but it’s a royal pain for someone who’s disabled to walk carrying packages to one side of the store to be directed to the opposite and wait in a long that doesn’t exist to have to wait in another line to finally be directed back where you were just waiting to be checked out.
Staples, you need to do better. It’s a simple fix. Get rid of the signs telling us to go the wrong way. Have your people COMMUNICATE when they see us walking around in circles instead of watching us go the wrong way and stand in lines that don’t exist. Walker and wheelchairs are hard enough to maneuver as it is. The extra work is really not necessary. Yes I did ask them to notify a manager the first time and no one was available and I guess the message wasn’t passed because I never got a call. I did get a cal today from corporate and the DM. Let’s hope they do what they say they will. Will report back when I pass by there.

Same as the last visit where the signs are misleading. I did my last review weeks ago and would've hoped that someone would've noticed that the signs are taking you to the wrong place. You walk in and everything points that you have to go to the right to the Amazon station. You go there and there's another sign that says Amazon here. Then you get there in a small sign it says go to customer service which is on the opposite side of the building. This is not easy for someone who's disabled and uses a walker or wheelchair. This is extremely frustrating because you're having to carry your things all around because they cannot remove simple signs are no longer being used to direct people where they are supposed to go.

I bought an HP printer at the Tanglewood store. The guy totally lied to me. I just wanted a ssd's standard printer, but I found myself trapped with a monthly charge for ink that I didn't need. When I tried to stop the charges, HP shut down my printer. It's a scam. I took my useless printer to the counter where I bought it and the guy said that after 30 days there's nothing he can do. I left it and walked out. I will never darken the door of Staples again.Brent HawesRoanoke VA

I just want to simply say it’s not always everybody but that one employee, maybe two that make an entire store look lazy. There’s a very friendly lady who helps ALL the time when I have a printing question. Steven at ck-out has always been perfectly nice and helpful. This new “bot” at the printing location where I drop my boxes READY with paid labels etc acted like it was killing him to acknowledge me as a human being then practically threw the print out coupon receipt at me while he flirted with the woman in front of me. So go work somewhere the cookie cutter world is just for you not in a public store with all kinds. I think this the 3rd time he’s been rude. Not only bought a printer recently and got the extended coverage from the sales guy that was nicer. Also I find it weird just about everybody has to stand but one guy at the other desk. Really it’s it killing you so bad to speak to folk not just like you then please open your mind.
