I saw potential in this place, but there were some key areas that fell short during my visit. I arrived at 4:15 pm, and both servers were on their phones—one sitting at the bar, and the other in the back. It took a moment for anyone to take my order.
The first thing I noticed was the pricing—it’s very different from what’s shown on the website (I’ve posted an updated picture). I ordered a regular hookah flavor, but it took about 15minutes to arrive. During that time, my server took my order, went back to their phone call, then left the restaurant to run across the street. They returned, resumed the phone call, and then finally began preparing my order. I will highlight my server was friendly when interacting.
When I received my hookah, it had a nice ice bath, and the flavor was light but smooth. However, the atmosphere was lacking. There was no music, and since I was the only patron, it felt uncomfortably quiet.
The biggest issue for me was the 18% automatic gratuity. With the limited service I received, this didn’t feel fair. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this spot. I was excited to support a local hookah bar, but this experience left me disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken constructively.

This place is going down the hill I got there sit there for 20 minutes The employees are just walking around Don’t care about taking peoples order so I had to get somebody to come help me and when I placed my order the guy in the back trying to make the hook and it takes 20 minutes to 30 minutes And then never comes back out from the room and I place the order for my food and it takes about 45 minutes for me to get it Never going again even though if there’s no food in the earth. Just shut it down if you cannot afford any employees

Chill place to smoke hookah and grab lunch. The chicken and lamb shawarma wraps are great, tried the citrus mint shisha. Drew took good care of us, go check it out!

I used to go here all the time! they have some Great Baklava and Coffee. and some pretty decent Mediterranean cuisine. the Hookas and venue are decent.

Their hours do not match what is on Google. Their sign also said "open" when they were, in fact, closed. I wasted my time coming all the way to Roanoke and wasted my money on parking because the owner can't figure out how to properly update hours.

Great hookah prices and selections, but the furniture should probably be updated. Clearly they've been abuse by patrons in the past. Either way, definitely worth the visit if you like hookah.

Wonderful, wish I could give 10 stars. My husband and I shared the mezze and were completely stuffed, which was the only down side because I really wanted dessert. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The fatoush salad dressing was incredibly delicious. Great service, too! Definitely will be back whenever we are in roanoke, and recommend highly.

My hopes were definitely high. From the exterior I was expecting something totally different. Upon entering it was very spacious, seating available everywhere. However, all of the couches had burn marks. It seemed like the furniture was all found in a dumpster. There was one person working, he worked the bar, the hookah, dj, etc. He seemed sidetracked the whole time. We ordered the lemon mint hookah and it was not good. We stayed for about 20 minutes and decided to call it. If you're in the area, take a moment and search for a different hookah spot.

This place is sad and the owner is something, idk the owner but I came in to buy a hookah for a moment and to use the restroom , I didn't look fresh or fly or w.e, I go the restroom the security guard knocking on the bathroom door saying I have to leave , I ask why he didn't tell me why I came in to enjoy my self but I feel some kind of way because It feel like I was being judged. To be honest the owner of this place need to be fired and have someone that not judgement, because I didn't do anything to deserve this on my off day , I hope this place shut down or have a new manager because my feeling are hurt . People in Roanoke don't go here it's not the place for humanity when we getting serotypes. Bye shishka you not worthy in this town
