I was able to speak with him and we figured out the issue. In a nutshell we were saying the same thing but from two different perspectives. We were able to figure it out and in doing so I removed my original review and am now leaving this one. I appreciate an owner that is willing to hear me out and figure it out to come to a resolution. Not all do, most are not present at all so when they are they need to be recognized.”

Staples should promote her as she took care of me as well as the other customers around me and treated us all like we were the only customer there, so give that April a promotion or a raise at the very least!”
“THIS 5 STAR REVIEW IS FOR MELANIE AND KELLY ONLY!!!! UPS CORPORATE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I got a vm from Melanie on 8/14 that my crabmeat package should have been on a truck and heading to me 53 minutes away. It did not make it so I was told I could come pick it up or it would come the next day.I was worried the crabmeat would be ruined if I waited.
Logic within this company nationwide is GONE!!!! I spent an hour going round and round with the MACHINE that could not troubleshoot or allow me to speak with a human. There was no direct # to call the terminal or anyone anywhere. When I finally reached a person that sounded like they were located out of country, I spent an inordinate amount of time saying I was going to drive there and pick it up myself and I just wanted to be sure it was actually still there before I wasted 2 more hours of my vacation trying to correct their mistake. After about 20 minutes getting nowhere with that person, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then told I would need to hold for another 14 minutes, but he assured me I was too late in the day, (12:00) making a pickup request so I would not be allowed to do so.
So I drove there only to be the gatekeeper that it was 1:15 and they did not reopen until 3:00. Again, can we pick the phone up and find out who on the other side of that little booth called me? Nope. I was told to "go walk around Walmart and come back." Again, this was not MY MISTAKE that my $300 worth of crabmeat did not get to me!!! Finally someone walked past us and the gatekeeper asked him what to do. He said, calll Kelly. And thank heaven above she knew immediately and brought the package right out to me.
Again, I will reiterate, Kelly should be running corporate UPS, as she seems to be the ONLY human that has some common sense and decency!!!!!
THANK YOU KELLY!!! YOU ARE A HERO IN THE MIDST OF A LOT OF MORONS! Absolutely unbelievably frustrating and totally unnecessary to put a paying customer through this kind of garbage to get their package that you failed to get on the truck!”
