Store wasn't busy at all, I ordered a chicken wrap at 6:24pm I didn't get it until 6:50pm the cashier was also taking the cook away from the line for her constant personal needs. I have never been to a sheetz that was so slow and lackadaisical. Everyone was moving slow like they all on the same drug. My wrap was also a 3rd of the size that I would normally get from sheetz. Go to a different sheetz. This one has people that are just slow and rude

0/0 stars This store is always understaffed and the employees are rude about it. The food doesn't get cooked all the way either, and the cashiers haven't been trained correctly to use the cash register. The store manager does nothing about it. 0/0 stars

Unless you're getting gas, keep driving.
Never had a good experience ordering here. To put it short, I've tried this place too many times since it's relatively close and can offer a lot. But always my order has been messed up in some way. Every online order has had something missing, and everytime I've ordered in store to wait an age. Which I can forgive if your making the food, but if I pay for it, you tell me to wait, and then I realize its been ready for 25 minutes your just lying to me, I'm pretty damn annoyed. Had bad in store times before, but certainly the dumbest and worst.

The staff are an equal mix of really nice people and people who just don't care and it shows. The shelves are almost never stocked with anything more than subpar sheetz but the deli. I get it. It's a gas station, but even by gas station standards they capitalize on sucking!! Just paid 12 bucks for an Italian wrap that was the thinnest slice of meat in a tortilla filled with soggy veggies. Unreal. And this is where idgaf factor comes in. When i said something to them, they all just smiled in unison and said nothing.

Worst Sheetz to go to. They never fill up my salad everytime I order them. And they take FOREVER to make the food. I understand that they have a lot of food to make, I work in the fast food industry, but the speed is BEYOND slow. But tonight they have just lost me as a customer. Me and my brother came by to get some food. While we were waiting, we were walking around the store looking at stuff and picking them up to see what they were out of curiosity. Then out of nowhere the GM bumps into me without apologizing and accuses my brother of stealing! If he thought that we were stealing then he should have went to check the cameras before assuming.

The sheets foods are def bussin’ I mean I’m not a huge fan of gas stations foods but this ain’t your typical gas station foods - - - they are definitely making a name for itself and you talking about budget friendly items!!! Yeah!! Def putting this on the “Mid Day - Late Night Snack’n” Options list….their food is made to order and always freshMy 3 newfound FAV’s:- Jalapeño Poppers- Boneless Shwingz- Mozzarella SticksReally hungry and can’t decide on what to get, Well the appetizer sample I’m sure you don’t want to miss, try all 3 of your favorites right along with one of their amazing dips, their sure to get your tastebuds to its destination fixed…I say “ALL STARS” ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for Sheetz on changing the way we see “gas-stations”Ever on a cold night - I’d recommend one of their Cappuccino’s - - - MMMMmmm ? delicious

This has to be the worst Sheetz in Roanoke. I love Sheetz. Have gave this place numerous chances. I am done. Employees have attitude and seem like they hate there jobs. Orders are always wrong and food is cold most of the time. Get it together Sheetz.

Normally I love Sheetz but NOT this one!! Nasty workers but I keep going back because I want to support sheetz & keep my money in America. I just don't know how much longer I can do it. Bring Josh back!!! I just called to see when they get a delivery so I know when to go in, the 1st call they picked up & hung right up, called back & got "enter your remote access code" ? 7-11 here I come. ?
