Shear perfection has an amazing nail tech Andrea I've been with Andrea for over 6 years now. She has been the only nail tech to use different products to see what fit my nail needs. I do not have lifting or cracking due to her diligence. Her products are top-notch and she is a master at her craft. Andrea keeps up with the latest trends and education. Her skill and prices are the best you will find.bThe owner Deanna is such a delightful person as well as the staff and beauticians at shear perfection. They are amazing people It shows the love that they have for others in their work and place of business. The shop is super clean and looks beautiful always. If you're looking for any beauty needs that's the place to be especially for your nail needs!

Andrea has been doing my nails for about 3 years now, when I moved to Roanoke I tried multiple salons and my nails were absolute trash! I found Andrea and now I have a standing appointment every 2 weeks. She is always accommodating to my schedule if something comes up. She is not just my nail tech she has become a close friend!

Andrea has been doing my nails for years. When she moved to this salon I followed her from Radford. I drive to Roanoke every two weeks bc there is no one that can beat her work. She doesn't mess with acrylic and does beautiful gel extensions! She is very down to earth and has become a dear friend. She cares about her clients and values her work! Several of us travel quite a ways bc we love her and her work so very much. Get away from those cookie cutter shops and have a more personal one on one experience with Andrea!

I’ve been coming here close to 2 years and I would never go to another place to get my nails done besides Andrea! She’s always been so professional and kind to me! I’ve always left happy because my nails are just what I pictured! I’ve made sure to tell all of my friends to come here to get their nails done because this isn’t like any other salon. You get one on one time and she makes sure you’re happy with your nails.

I have been coming to Andrea for a while now and absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the work she does! If I show her a picture of nails I'd like for her to try she will definitely go above and beyond to make that happen! She's amazing! When I first started coming to her I came with a friend and then it was just me by myself, meaning Andrea and I have become closer and always have great conversations. The hairstylists always love seeing my nails once Andrea is finished with my nails! Andrea has always made sure her clients are ok with her vaping if the client isn't Andrea takes that into account! She is always very professional and personable. She makes the world of nails a better place! Pictures for a beautiful addition

Salon workers only care about their clients. When you walk in there are several hairdressers working but not one looks at you or greets you. No one is at the front counter so I just stood there waiting for a long time the first time I came to this place and once no one acknowledged me I had to walk around asking for where the nail services were and if I was in the right place. A hairdresser finally pointed me into some back corner (no one escorted me) so I wandered back into some back corner room and found the nail tech. Don't get me wrong the nail tech Andrea does a nice job on nails but isn't very warm welcoming or classy. She vapes and coughs through the entire nail work (like I want 2nd hand poison juice smoke????!) while complained about her bronchitis while saying she LOVES LOVES LOVES vaping. She talks trash on ALL of her clients and even gossips outside of the building on clients. She's just kind of a trashy person but does a good job...so if you don't care, she'll do a fine job... just don't inhale. The salon owner should know how this lady does business...

If I could give zero stars I would!! My wife a cancer survivor made her very first hair appointment since treatment with these folks. she made the appointment was talking about it all weekend and showed up today at the schedule time. No one can find the stylist My wife was stood up!!!! She had to sit there and wait for an Uber because I was at home on a video conference call for work… we planned the entire event from a timing perspective. A Uber arrived and my wife was leaving Then a team member came out saying oh we have the stylus on the phone and she thought the appointment was Tuesday she wants to apologize well too late thanks for disappointing my wife ever such a Harrowing experience that she’s lived through over the past year Do not go to the salon!
