Absolutely the worst place to purchase a bed from, bought a bed from them 2 years ago and have numerous issues ongoing that have yet to be settled or resolved in a timely manner. Still under a warranty for 5 years and have had the most issues I’ve ever experienced with this product and company.

The only time i plan to go back to this store is to pickup an item i purchased since the one in the store had damage. The sales guy did a good job and it was not his fault that there inventory is so scattered across the store, the worst part of my experience was at checkout, the gal helping me had no idea what she was doing. It took about 30minutes just to pay

I was thankful my table was on sell!! The only complaint I have is how PUSHY the sells people are about the extended warranty. One no thanks should be sufficient.

The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable but your delivery fee is outrageous for a customer that lives within a certain radius of the store.

The store is well set up. Service is available but not "pushy". I found a desk that I love and was able to take it from the showroom floor with help loading it in my car. It's a little pricey but merchandise is good quality. I will return in the future when the need presents.
