secretary is very rude and unprofessional, takes everything personally and is quick to anger even if you are just asking for clarification. the business owner, however, is calm and level-headed.

I see this place gets a bad wrap. I don't see it. It's a used car dealership. I spoke with Joe, one of the owners, made a deal rather quick. No problems, check them out. Glad I did.

Riding thru lot to see what caught my eye. Guy working extremely rude. Was actually about to ride thru the back row because I did see a car that I wanted to look at. He questions me about payment right off the bat. Then gets mad because he thinks we're leaving, saying he has the best cars. Insults me for my down payment amount after being questioned about payment. Tells us to go buy hubcaps with that amount. Great people skills, I tell ya!!

I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback limited edition. Jacob and Joe were very helpful from start to finish and even after I left a lot. The seal underneath the back brake light over top of the hatch door was weak and when it would poor rain there would be some dripping to the inside of the vehicle. I noticed this a couple of weeks after purchasing the vehicle and we had heavy rain. I called and told Joe about the issue he immediately gave me a phone number to a guy to come look at it and that he would take care of the bill and that's exactly what happened. I called they came out replaced everything and I never seen a bill. These guys really take care of their customers. The car has been perfect otherwise. I highly recommend ROYAL IMPORT INC.

Don’t buy a car from here they are in business with whoever inspected our car. The exhaust is leaking so there is no way we are contacting state police today because I’m sure this car wasn’t the only one.

Jacob sold us a car that has been put together the engine has been taking out the exhaust is leaking the transmission is leaking and the warranty covers none of this. I’m sure we aren’t the first people they done this too. They need to be shut down and I’m sure the stole wallet with my identity in it’s probably a foreigner with my as we speak. $6500 probably brought a lot freedom papers smh they will reap.

They sold me a car with a lot of problems and they knew it had a lot of problems that’s why they gave me a warranty. Everything that’s wrong with the car is not even covered under the warranty. Don’t get me wrong great customer service but I have a car I gotta put money into it still with the 30 day tags. I call them told them they call their self fixing it, and it still want right. Smh
