Best guys in town to do firearms business with. Friendly, and they have a great sense of humor. I don’t go anywhere else anymore, I found my gun store and I’m sticking with them. I’ve bought two pieces from them, I look forward to the future. Stay away from the big box stores and over priced boutique shops, these guys rock. People, if they seem like their ignoring you, they aren’t. They’re busy working and making sure to dot all there I’s and cross all their T’s. They deal with a lot of morons throughout the day, give ‘em a break. Roanoke Firearms is my go to FFL.-Alex

The most unprofessional gunsmith in the valley. That old crusty counter holder has zero customer service and should consider retiring. Fix your face and your attitude. I’ll swear this joint off to everyone I know. Be nicer a****le.

Wow! Went there today, the gray haired man taking care of the firearms needs to learn a little about customer service. He never even acknowledged us. My husband had questions and he acted as if we were bothering him or maybe not good enough to be in his store. No other customers were in there so he definitely wasn't busy! Just being very rude. I can understand why no one else was in there. My husband finally said you seem to be too busy to answer questions so we will just leave. Lost a possible sale. I definitely don't recommend this place. There are many better gun shops in Roanoke!!!

Not a bad selection given the size of the store. The gentleman that usually works behind the counter with the grey hair is very nice and knowledgeable. It can get pretty crowded in there sometimes, and customers often can't read (or realize) that the pawn shop is not where the guns are. Overall a nice shop with plenty of offerings for its size.

Roy an DC are very knowledgeable. Friendly to everybody including those starting out in firearms. Prices are very fair and no gouging just because of demand. Highly recommended.
